第二章 气功锻炼的基本原则-《气功疗法和保健》

「导读」气功的锻炼方法虽多,但无论采用那种方法,都必须遵循一些共同的原则来进行练习。

气功锻炼的基本原则

气功的锻炼方法虽多,但无论采用那种方法,都必须遵循一些共同的原则来进行练习。简单的说,可分为下述三点:

2.1内三合

所谓内三合就是:心与意合,意与气合,气与力合。心与意合就是思想的念头要和个人意识的实施取得一致,即练功时,在思想上要确信体内各部一定能按照锻炼的要求起变化,进行活动,得到良好的效果。

意与气合,即是“以意领气”,随着自己的意志来活动,如让它上升则上升,让它下降则下降。这里所谓的“气”包含两个意义:一个是指肺部出入交换的空气,另一个是指随自己的意识在体内运行的气息。气功锻炼到一定的程度时,自己会感觉到;“气”随着呼吸的节奏,在体内环行,这就是所谓“潜气内行”。

气与力合,就是当“气”下降时,内脏要随之松弛,如使“气”上升,则内脏也要随之紧缩,两者用力的活动,恰好配合一致,如要达到呼吸悠缓细匀的要求,必须使出柔和不粗不暴的力量,才能和意志相得益彰。这里所谓内脏的松紧,包括横膈膜、腹部和背部肌肉及腑脏的活动。尤其膈肌和腹肌一上一下一凹一凸的强烈运动,在气功中居重要的地位,也是气功主要要求之一。

有人怀疑“以意领气”这一原则,认为它是产生不良副作用的原因。锻炼气功,如放弃“以意领气”这一原则,则等于“无的放矢”,很难学好气功和用气来却病强身的。因为“意”是大脑神经中枢主宰的表现,不但能健全身心的活动,而且可治疗一些疾病。因此加强这种引导,才能达到气功预期的效果。即是说,应当首先根据气功锻炼的基本要求,引气沿着体内一定的路线运行,其次再按照各人具体情况运气。例如,患肾炎则运气到肾脏去;举重时,则运气到手臂和胸腰等处。至于气的流量和力的大小也都要用自己 意识去作准确的控制和调节,这更是用意领气的缜密和重要功夫。有一些人发生副作用,其原因,就在于对运气法忽略,没有掌握得好。须知用气的流量过大和用力过猛,是会发生危害的,这对于一些心血管疾病的患者和病重体弱的患者,必须认真注意。

所以用意领气时,必须随时注意检查,并加以确切估计,再以意去控制和调节。比如发觉混浊不洁的空气忽然吹来,就不要再勉强延长深呼吸,这会引起心胸闷郁。练功时,如太拿劲和精神过紧张,就会引起疲乏而气竭,甚至出现偏差。

2.2形松意紧

在练气功时一定要掌握:从人体外部看来全身并未用一点儿力,可是在体内却通过呼吸,不断进行松弛紧张交替的动作。但意紧不是用呼吸之意,而是以意紧随气行。这样锻炼日久,身体内部就会逐步地健康起来。要达到形松意紧的要求,必须认识“松”的重要性。

人们在做气功时,很容易学会“紧”而做“松”则不够。松的程度愈深,则气功的效率就愈高,所以必须要尽力地做到松的境界。不会放松就要锻炼,放松的时候是在出气之中,先由外形的肌肉放松,如肩、手、脚、胸、腹等放松,而渐渐达到全身内部精神轻松。所谓呼气时“吐如落雁”,就是比喻“松弛”的意思。松则血流畅通,不发生倦乏,不耗费体力,神态安稳,心田愉悦。

“松”是与调息相辅相成的,愈松则气愈调和;反过来,把气调得越顺,则越易达到松的地步。

做功开头时,一口气呼出达不到顶松的境地,可以在换吸气时暂不变紧,让第二次呼气时再初步松上加松,甚至用三次或更多的呼气后才达到“松”。等达到充分松的程度后,换吸气时就可以变紧,这就是气功的一呼一吸中,进行一松一紧的交替工作了。

刘贵珍在《气功疗法实践》提到:“全身肌肉要放松;宽衣解带,不挺胸,不耸肩,摆姿不拿劲”等等都是强调放松的重要性。

在全身放松中,小腹放松更重要,由于手足用力时,小腹需要抽紧(如举重或担重物的人,用裤带勒紧腰部,就能使出较大力量),反之小腹放松则手足就不用力。小腹放松后,让它暂时停止不动,继续保持松弛状态,松上加紧,当然松的程度就更深。同时小腹应当进行有节奏而缓和的起伏运动,使腹腔内的血液循环趋于正常,且要随时注意小腹的运动,意念集中之后,就能逐渐体会到它的功效。

神经衰弱和血压高的病人容易兴奋,吸气时往往过分“收紧”,呼气时,却又不够松弛。因此,在练功中比较紧张,大脑兴奋过度,容易引起失眠。所以,必须特别注意掌握“内三合”的三原则,否则会因过分紧张而出了别的毛病。

2.3意守丹田

就是通常所说的“守窍”,是一种注意力高度集中和调伏心息的有效方法。丹田的位置,古籍记载和私人传说不一,根据道书《性命圭旨》记载,丹田位置是:脐轮之后,肾堂之前,黄庭(胃)之下,关元之上(关元俞穴在脊柱十七椎下,去脊中旁开一寸五分),脐下三寸曰丹田。又据《黄庭经》记载:丹田位置上有黄庭,下有关元,后有幽阙(肾)前 有命门(脐亦叫前命门)实在脐下内部一寸三分处。又据道书载丹田的中心适在冲脉(八脉之一,上起头顶百会穴,下达会阴道)与带脉(亦八脉之一,腰一周之脉)交叉点,形如田字,为修炼内丹之地。故曰丹田。此处为男子精室,女子的胞宫所在,也是气海的地方,故古书有云:“丹田是气海,能销吞百病”。所以“意守丹田”为气功中最重要原则。因为注视这地方,在治疗中可以导引思想集中,使大脑得到充分的休息,且可以调整呼吸,固精健肾,增强内脏的活动,脑坚、肾健、气足才可以却除百病。

意守丹田主要在于排除杂念,一心一意地去实现“内三合和形松意紧”的地步。练功时,要集中注意力内观气在体内上下运行。力求作到:耳无所闻、目无所见、心情恬淡、一无所欲的地步,才能得到良好的效果。初练气功者尤其要认真注意锻炼。否则,就不能达到把呼吸调柔入细引短令长的地步,要想收到强身却病的效果,那就很难有指望了。所以意守丹田,就是气功中“调心”(方法参考46)的重要功夫。而调心必须与“调息”互相结合,同时配合锻炼,才能收效。故气功家有云:“治病须养气,养气须调息,调息须清心,清心须坚脑,脑坚则心平气和,气息发动无所不适。”

初练习气功时,精神不易集中,必须慢慢地把心神安静下来,止心丹田,进行呼吸,这样才会渐渐步入“心血调融”、“精神安稳”、“情抱豫悦”的境地,才能收到治病保健的效果。安神定心的具体办法,首先采用“六妙法门”的第一法“数息”(详见46)或采用默念字句法,字句随各人自行选择,数息或默念字句,到了相当纯熟时,心情自然归于宁静,神态也越发安稳。然后一心一意随呼吸气息的出入,再把心弦长时间系在丹田(又称下丹田,有人谓会阴道为下丹田,本书采脐下为下丹田)、或守上丹田玄关处(两眉齐平中间)、妇女则以守中丹田心房为宜,这样就能排除一切思虑,使静的调心伏息和动的调整气息两相结合,就起着治百病强心身的效能。

face=\"宋体\">有人怀疑</font>“以意领气”这一原则,认为它是产生不良副作用的原因。锻炼气功,如放弃“以意领气”这一原则,则等于“无的放矢”,很难学好气功和用气来却病强身的。因为“意”是大脑神经中枢主宰的表现,不但能健全身心的活动,而且可治疗一些疾病。因此加强这种引导,才能达到气功预期的效果。即是说,应当首先根据气功锻炼的基本要求,引气沿着体内一定的路线运行,其次再按照各人具体情况运气。例如,患肾炎则运气到肾脏去;举重时,则运气到手臂和胸腰等处。至于气的流量和力的大小也都要用自己 意识去作准确的控制和调节,这更是用意领气的缜密和重要功夫。有一些人发生副作用,其原因,就在于对运气法忽略,没有掌握得好。须知用气的流量过大和用力过猛,是会发生危害的,这对于一些心血管疾病的患者和病重体弱的患者,必须认真注意。<spanyes';font-family:tahoma;mso-fareast-font-family:微软雅黑; face=\"宋体\">就是通常所说的</font>“守窍”,是一种注意力高度集中和调伏心息的有效方法。丹田的位置,古籍记载和私人传说不一,根据道书《性命圭旨》记载,丹田位置是:脐轮之后,肾堂之前,黄庭(胃)之下,关元之上(关元俞穴在脊柱十七椎下,去脊中旁开一寸五分),脐下三寸曰丹田。又据《黄庭经》记载:丹田位置上有黄庭,下有关元,后有幽阙(肾)前 有命门(脐亦叫前命门)实在脐下内部一寸三分处。又据道书载丹田的中心适在冲脉(八脉之一,上起头顶百会穴,下达会阴道)与带脉(亦八脉之一,腰一周之脉)交叉点,形如田字,为修炼内丹之地。故曰丹田。此处为男子精室,女子的胞宫所在,也是气海的地方,故古书有云:“丹田是气海,能销吞百病”。所以“意守丹田”为气功中最重要原则。因为注视这地方,在治疗中可以导引思想集中,使大脑得到充分的休息,且可以调整呼吸,固精健肾,增强内脏的活动,脑坚、肾健、气足才可以却除百病。<spanyes';font-family:tahoma;mso-fareast-font-family:微软雅黑; face=\"宋体\">意守丹田主要在于排除杂念,一心一意地去实现</font>“内三合和形松意紧”的地步。练功时,要集中注意力内观气在体内上下运行。力求作到:耳无所闻、目无所见、心情恬淡、一无所欲的地步,才能得到良好的效果。初练气功者尤其要认真注意锻炼。否则,就不能达到把呼吸调柔入细引短令长的地步,要想收到强身却病的效果,那就很难有指望了。所以意守丹田,就是气功中“调心”(方法参考<font face=\"Tahoma\">46</font><font face=\"宋体\">)的重要功夫。而调心必须与“调息”互相结合,同时配合锻炼,才能收效。故气功家有云:“治病须养气,养气须调息,调息须清心,清心须坚脑,脑坚则心平气和,气息发动无所不适。”</font><spanyes';font-family:tahoma;mso-fareast-font-family:微软雅黑;
