是不是很简单?是的,站桩就是很简单!

他有怎样的历史

“内劲一指禅”相传由达摩所创,后移迁至福建莆田南少林,成体系距今已有约400年的历史。民国时期,苏州渭塘人阙阿水成为“内劲一指禅”第十八代传人,并在苏州扎根,其独特的动作编排和练习程序,体现了吴文化地区独有的体育养生功法风格和特点。

他都有哪些桩架?

内劲一指禅普及的三套功法:

第一套功法:由5个桩架组成,即罗汉推掌、掌心开合、罗汉出掌、罗汉戏球、手指扳动功法一等。既可以从始至终一气呵成,也可以选择其中一个桩架在马步站桩30分钟后锻炼,一个月后再换桩架。

第二套功法:包括弓步桩、虚步桩、丁字托塔、一字桩、童子拜佛、以及手指扳动功法二等6个桩架。此套功法增加了一定难度与强度,在经络的开合,内劲的蓄积,功力的增长上,更具特色。考究的桩架、合理的程序,使人在练功时身心处于最佳状态。

第三套功法:包括罗汉弓步推掌、虎形桩、蛇形桩、龙形桩、童子拜观音、顶天立地、和手指扳动功法三以及禅坐。这套功法难度加大,其功力向更高层次发展。无论从足、腿、腰功的坚实程度,还是从内劲蓄积等方面,第三套功法都进入了一个新的阶段。这套功法使人足实、腿健、腰固、内劲充实、取用有余,因而精力更加充沛。但需习练者刻苦练习才能求得功力的长进。

近年来参与站桩的人越来越多。

近年来,内劲一指禅走进机关,社区,医院,企业。以在苏州市立第三人民医院合作的炎症性肠炎公益康复班为例,所有坚持练习者均有很大程度改善,有的从营养液逐渐过渡到固体实物,数量也有所增加;有的能吃鸡鸭鱼虾各类肉食,还有各类蔬菜水果,偶尔也能吃加工食品;有的说,虽然不能说完全康复,但比以前好多了,通过练习,我对未来充满信心,重新燃起了未来生活的热情,部分学员已完全康复。

国内发展以苏州大学为例,“内劲一指禅”于2015年4月6日开始走进苏州大学,经过4年站桩练习:有的老师吃了15年高血压药,现在已经在医生的建议下停止服药。有的体重减少约16斤、肌肉力量明显增强、关节活动度增加、肤色得到很大改善;有的轻度脂肪肝也消失了;有的感觉走路时腿脚有力,脚趾上的灰趾甲明显好转;有的夜尿多的现象逐渐消失;有的感受颈椎病和肩周炎的症状得到很大改善、肠胃功能得到增强、肺活量有很大提升、乳腺小叶增生症状基本消失、脊柱的弯曲度有明显改善、膝盖的不适症状也有改善。

国外发展以马来西亚为例。“内劲一指禅”传播到马来西亚是1992年,目前参加练习的人数已达20-30万人之众。根据材料反馈,凡参加“内劲一指禅”练习者,其身体状况均有不同程度的改善。如马来西亚华人廖先生,原体重120公斤,并有重度脂肪肝,指标29.5,医生说他随时有生命危险,现经过一年多“内劲一指禅”练习,体重下降到90公斤,脂肪肝指标现为10左右。如马来西亚华人李女士,是一位有十几年严重甲状腺疾病患者,由于长期吃药,眼球严重突出,医生建议对眼睛开刀手术。后经过一年多“内劲一指禅”练习,眼球已恢复正常,甲状腺疾病也已基本康复。如马来西亚人Henny,今年68岁,他长期肺部不好,有积痰,且经常咳嗽而痰咳不出,现经过一年多“内劲一指禅”练习,不仅消除了积痰,而且也不咳嗽了。

通过多年的不完全统计和实践,久练内劲一指禅对于以下疾病的防治有很好的促进效果:1.呼吸系统:感冒、哮喘、气管炎等。2.消化系统:胃下垂、胃溃疡、慢性胃炎等。3.血液循环系统:高血压、风湿性心脏病等。4.泌尿生殖系统:慢性肾炎、肾盂肾炎等。5.神经、内分泌系统:神经衰弱、失眠、糖尿病等。6.外科:肩周炎、颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出、腰肌劳损等。7.皮肤科:过敏性皮炎等。8.五官科:鼻炎、鼻窦炎、咽炎等。9.免疫系统疾病:红斑狼疮 强制性脊柱炎等。
