article------>{"id":283,"cid":5,"subCid":"","title":"“温坐法”与祛寒三部曲","shortTitle":"0","tagId":"","attr":"","articleView":null,"source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"温灸法+热水泡脚+温坐法","img":"","content":"<p>祛寒三部曲“引血下行三部曲”,即“推腹法+跪膝法+金鸡独立”,这三套小功法配合起来运用,能很好地改善现代人普遍存在的上实下虚、上热下寒的体质。而针对体内寒气重、浊湿多的体质,我给大家设计了另外一套方案——“祛寒三部曲”,也就是“温灸法+热水泡脚+温坐法”。</p><p>温灸法</p><p>温灸法(包括黄豆灸,具体方法我在前面已经讲过)主要是通过对经络和穴位施以温热来通经祛寒。</p><p>大家知道,古代的皇帝都是“南面而坐”的,因而有“南面称王”“南面为君”的说法。为什么皇帝要面南而坐呢?</p><p>中医认为,人体背为阳,腹为阴。如果阳光照射在背部,属于阳上加阳,就会造成阳气过盛而化为虚火;如果照射在属阴的腹部,则正好阴阳交感、阴阳相抱,这才符合传统文化的哲学理念。而阳光是从南面照射过来的,南方代表了光明温热之地。因此,“朝南坐”这种最好的位置当然是要给至高无上的皇帝,而做臣子的就只能“北面称臣”了。</p><p>日常生活中也是这个道理,腹部是最应该保暖、避免受凉的部位。比如,小时候,妈妈常常会嘱咐我们盖好被子,小心着凉。但她不会说“把后背盖好”,而总是说“把肚子盖好”。</p><p>因此,我们可以看到,灸法里常用的穴位大多集中在腹部,尤其是下腹部(上为阳,下为阴,再加上腹为阴,所以下腹部更是阴中之阴),比如中脘穴、关元穴、气海穴、神阙穴和天枢穴。</p><p>其中,灸神阙穴可治虚脱、四肢厥冷、形惫体乏、绕脐腹痛、水肿鼓胀、脱肛、腹泻、便秘、小便频繁及妇女不孕等症。</p><p>天枢穴和其他穴位配合着灸,可以治不同的疾病,比如,配足三里穴可治腹胀肠鸣,配气海穴治绕脐痛,配上巨虚穴和下巨虚穴治便秘和腹泻。</p><p>热水泡脚</p><p>这个方法主要针对“寒从足底生”的症状。脚底是人体血气循环的末端,如果血气不足,首先出现供应短缺、循环停滞的地方当然就是这里。血气不足,抵御力就不足,寒气就容易借机入侵。许多朋友天气稍凉,足部就出现冰凉的状况,所以说,“寒从足底生”。</p><p>《黄帝内经》上说:“血气者,喜温而恶寒,寒则泣而不流(像哭泣时粘连的眼泪),温则消而去之。”热水泡脚正好送来温热之力,能促进血液循环,引来新鲜血气并温化寒凝之物。</p><p>温坐法</p><p>北方人家里取暖一般都用暖气,暖气片基本上都安装在墙壁靠地面的位置。现在,也有不少人家里选择地暖的方式,就是装修时在地板下埋设管线,靠燃气给地板加热的一种取暖方法。其中的原理很简单:热气总是往上升的(用传统文化的说法叫“火性上炎”),在底部加热才能使整个空间都温暖起来,没有哪一家会把暖气或者供暖管装在天花板上的。相反,寒性下降,空调出风口总是装在靠上的位置。</p><p>如果我们把身体看作一栋房子,那么五脏六腑就是住在里面的一家人。要让一家人都暖和起来,供暖最恰当的位置当然就是体腔的最底部了,也就是以会阴穴为中心,我们平时坐着接触椅面的部位。这便是“温坐法”的原理所在。</p><p>具体操作起来,方法也很简单:用热水袋灌上温热的水(不可太热,以温暖为宜),把袋口拧紧,然后放在床角或者椅子上,叉开腿(不要并着腿)坐上去就行了。您可以边坐边看书或者看电视,什么事都不耽误。</p><p>如果没有热水袋也不要紧,您可以找两条较厚的毛巾,在水里浸湿,拧到不能往下滴水的程度后,装进一个相应大小的塑料袋,放入微波炉里转20秒钟左右;然后系好塑料袋口,防止湿气渗出来;用手铺平,放在床角或者椅子上,叉开腿坐上去就可以了。</p><p>注意,温坐前要喝一杯温开水,因为热力有可能会引起出汗,喝水既可以补充体液,还可以帮助活血化瘀,一举两得。</p><p>对于虚火旺且寒湿重(上热下寒)的人来说,坐前喝水尤为重要,而且要配合练习引血下行的功法,以防止“虚不受补”,温补化为虚火上窜。</p><p>温坐法就像是给体腔安装了一套“地暖系统”,五脏六腑受寒了,就适时地开启。汩汩暖意轻缓而出,如坐春风,不经意间,冰霜渐解,燕归柳绿矣。</p><p>其实,现代人养生应该特别重视这三条主线,就是要改善上实下虚的体质,解决体内三浊过重的问题,克服外在干扰、保持心性清净。而“引血下行三部曲”“祛寒三部曲”和修心养性正是解决这三个难题的钥匙。</p><p>“祛寒三部曲”就像是主生长的春夏,破击寒邪,温化浊物,助正气生长伸张,使全身生机茁壮;“引血下行三部曲”则像是主收藏的秋冬,泄有余而补不足,引火归元,固藏阳气,使精气不再耗损外泄;修心养性更像是天清地宁,日月正位,给春夏秋冬、生长收藏的顺畅流转提供了最好的背景和载体。</p><p>生、长、收、藏是天地四季的法则,亦是养生的法则。能“参赞天地之化育”,受自然之启发而顺应自然者,唯人而已。故曰:</p><p>繁枝容易纷纷落,嫩蕊商量细细开,春也。</p><p>接天莲叶无穷碧,映日荷花别样红,夏也。</p><p>金井梧桐秋叶黄,珠帘不卷夜来霜,秋也。</p><p>谁将平地万堆雪,剪刻作此连天花,冬也。</p><p>鼓之以雷霆,润之以风雨。日月运行,一寒一暑,天地也。</p><p>心含大道,体和自然,法于天地,形神兼备,真人也。</p><p>补充说明:关于温坐法会否影响男性生殖健康的问题,这里谈几点看法,也欢迎大家指正:</p><p>1.温坐法的温度并不高,正如文中所说:不要太烫,以温暖为宜。后面在谈到温坐法的感觉时,用了“汩汩暖意轻缓而出”的描绘,再次指明了这个问题。如果过烫,确实可能有负面影响,毕竟任何事物都要讲个度,而实际上,温度高了人是坐不住的,也就不能称为“温坐”了,改为“烤坐”更合适。</p><p>2.在不烫的情况下,温坐会使血气加快在下腹部的循环代谢,新鲜血液的引入实际上能起到补肾的作用,因此从中医的角度看,温坐法是有利于男性生殖健康和生殖能力的。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>3.东北人冬天习惯烧火炕,火炕的温度跟温坐法差不多。人们经常坐在炕上吃饭、饮酒、聊天、打牌,这实际上和温坐法是很接近的,而且时间大大超过了平时养生温坐的时间,但并没有资料显示东北男士生殖能力差或者不孕、弱精症者多,因此,从实践的角度看,温坐法并不会对男性生殖健康产生不利影响。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":1539,"link":"1","createdAt":"2019-03-11T02:51:31.000Z","updatedAt":"2024-12-21T04:51:38.000Z","field":{},"tags":[]}
