article------>{"id":163,"cid":5,"subCid":"","title":"教您如何用声音打通经络","shortTitle":"0","tagId":"","attr":"2","articleView":null,"source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"声波是一种能够以物理能量的方式直接影响人体内部的气机运动","img":"","content":"<p>声音是一种能够打通经穴的能量,宇宙万物,包括各种生命体内的细胞、分子都在不停地振动和波动当中。声波是一种能够以物理能量的方式直接影响人体内部的气机运动。因此,以适当的声波作用于人体,自然也可以起到促进气血循环和养生治病的作用。其实,在生活中一首优美动听的歌曲也能达到调理脏腑功能和防病治病的目的,其中的道理是一样的。基于我们已经对经络是属于能量层次的深刻认识,则对此相信不难理解。</p><p>詹姆斯·丹吉洛的美国著名声音治疗师首先详细论及其作用机理是基于打通人体那神秘的经络,并提出了很多实用的方法。</p><p>声音,作为一种治疗的力量存在于我们的生活中,但却被大多数人忽视了。但并不是说每一种声音都可以治病,相反在日常生活中存在很多破坏我们健康的声音。比如说,以超频率音响形式出现的一种无法听到的振动,被大多数人认为是无害的,但实际上它带有一定的副作用。另外,我们每个人都曾听到过让身体或精神感到不安或愤怒的声音,这是由于这些声音与我们身体内部的频率没有实现同步,这也是有害健康的声音。</p><p>通过耳朵接收的声波直接作用于我们的大脑,它能刺激人的神经系统,并影响与神经系统相关的其他身体系统,如消化系统、内分泌系统等。正因如此,所以,我们一听到悦耳的声音,神经系统就会兴奋,接着情绪就会发生变化。因此,通过耳朵这一渠道接收的声音直接影响着我们的情绪。通过经络和穴位传输的声音则不同,它可以直接作用于我们身体的任何一个部位、任何一个器官,它可以刺激血液循环系统、免疫系统、呼吸系统等身体的所有系统。因此,人体内通过穴位和经络传输的声音决定着一个人的健康。</p><p>然而,遗憾的是,人体内的穴位和经络经常处于堵塞或半堵塞状态,这不仅防碍了声波在身体内的传输,而且也阻止了生命能量(中医所说的气血)在身体内的流动,这就是我们身体一些部位疼痛的原因,也是所有疾病形成的原因。不过,在人体内外的声音里,有一类声音特别独特、也尤其重要,这就是我们人体发出的声音。这类声音是人体内外声音的纽带和桥梁,它即可以被耳朵听见,又可以让穴位和经络感受到它的振动,并随之产生出相应的振动波在经络和穴位内传输。我们可以试着发出一个声音——“啊……”,我们发出这个声音的同时,耳朵也听见了这个声音;我们再静下心来,仔细体会一下身体内部的反应,就会感觉到:当我们发出这个声音时,身体的某些部位会产生一定的振动。请注意,这只是我们随便发出的一个声音,如果经过训练,我们发声时,身体相关部位的振动就会更大,对穴位和经络的刺激就会更强。因此,我们完全可以通过这类声音来刺激人体的穴位,打通经络,从而让气血畅通、让生命的能量畅通。现在,世界上大多数声音治疗专家都十分重视主动发声的治疗作用,特别是人体自然音的治疗作用。</p><p>所谓自然音,就是我们身体自然而然发出的声音,比如欢笑、痛哭、呻吟、号啕、尖叫、叹息、哈欠、口哨、哼哼声等。这些声音与生俱来,我们出于本能不断地使用它们,以此来刺激身体的穴位、疏通经络,释放人体内部情绪的压力。生活中这样的例子比比皆是,身体疲倦的时候,我们会打哈欠;心情不好的时候,我们会不停地叹息……孩子最喜欢发出这种自然之音,甚至经常发出许多根本谈不上是音节的声音,这些声音具有深远的意义,尽管没有任何情感和思想的含义,但却是人类祖先们经常使用的一些语言片段,它们能够促进身体的健康。</p><p>上述几段论述是詹姆斯·丹吉洛的原话之翻译,而早在《黄帝內经·阴阳应象大论》中就有更为详细的论述:“肝,在音为‘角’,在声为‘呼’;心,在音为‘徴’,在声为‘笑’;脾,在音为‘宮’,在声为‘歌’;肺,在音为‘商’,在声为‘哭’;肾,在音为‘羽’,在声为‘呻’。”这就说明了五脏与五音的对应关系。</p><p>姆斯·丹吉洛说:“把元音和辅音组合在一起,并赋予它一定的意义,就形成了我们所说的‘话语’。语言中元音及辅音的振动也可以在一定程度上刺激身体的穴位,疏通经络,对我们产生很大影响。例如,在辅音R中,有一种不可忽略的力与火,它们可刺激人的腹部。印度人把R的发音,与火这种元素以及被他们称为‘拉加’的力量联系起来。而M的发音则与R的发音迥然不同,它有一种由内部引导的、被迫的振动,主要由大脑感知,比如humming(嗡嗡声)中M的发音。同样,大多数人都会感觉到‘啊’的发音代表着发自内心的敬畏与惊奇。元音是语言的载体,它与我们的情感息息相关。辅音以多种多样的方式改变着元音,它与人的思维联系更为密切。</p><p>从根本上来讲,正是由于采用了元音/辅音的振动系统,才能够使声音成为一种非常有用的工具,帮助我们调理自己的身体、情绪和能量之源。这种能量与体能截然不同,古印度人把它称为‘萨塔瓦’的存在能量,中医则称之为‘气’。当元音和辅音的振动触及这个能量中心,治疗效果就能够实现了。Healing(治疗)这个词源自古英语的hal,而且被人们译作whole(治愈了的、健全的),其意义为‘完美的健康’。其实它与治愈不同,治愈意味着将存在于人体或心理的疾病永久性清除。</p><p>姆斯·丹吉洛接着说:“主动发声对人体具有极大的治疗作用。我们都曾有过这样的体会,当你感到烦恼和郁闷时,大吼几声或高歌几曲……顿时,你就会感觉到全身舒展、精神倍增。这是为什么呢?这是因为主动发声可以刺激人体的穴位、疏通身体的能量通道。倘若经过训练,主动发声的治疗作用还可以成几何倍数增长。届时,主动发声就不仅仅能解决你的烦恼和郁闷问题了,它可以治愈你的腰酸背痛,甚至还可以治愈你五脏六腑里的各种疾病。为什么会有如此神奇的治疗力量呢?因为,经过训练的主动发声可以打通人体内的七大轮穴,激发出身体内巨大的能量。”</p><p>各门各派对用声音打通经穴的认识及其论述上面提到的“七大轮穴”是印度瑜伽对经穴的认识,与中医的认识同中有异,但本质是一致的。我们接着下来要论述的就是中医、道家、佛门与瑜伽以及全球音乐界对用声音打通经络这个命题的具体表现。</p><p><1>道家六字气诀:</p><p>脾 Mi</p><p>首先要论述的是道家的六字气诀。胰脏就是一般中医所说的狭义三焦,道家的六字气诀着重那个“气”字,乃指出气而非读出其字。如吹气,并非是叫你读出吹字,而是叫你吹气,例如将一条燃烧的蜡烛摆在你面前,你将其吹灭就是了。</p><p>其余类推。道家《云笈七签》卷三十二中说:“吐气六者,谓吹、呼、嘻、呵、嘘、呬,皆出气也……吹以去热,呼以去风,嘘以去烦,呵以下气,嘘以散滞,呬以解极(即肝嘘、肺呬、心呵、肾吹、脾呼、胰嘻)”</p><p>华佗在《服气吐纳六气篇》中讲道:</p><p>呬字:呬主肺,肺连五脏,受风即鼻塞,有疾作呬,吐纳治之。</p><p>呵字:呵主心,心连舌、五脏,心热舌干,有疾作呵,吐纳治之。</p><p>呼字:呼主脾,脾连唇,论云脾唇焦,有疾作呼,吐纳治之。</p><p>嘘字:嘘主肝,肝连目,论云肝盛则目赤,有疾作嘘,吐纳治之。</p><p>吹字:</p><p>吹主肾,肾连耳,论云肾虚即耳聋,有疾作吹,吐纳治之。嘻字:嘻主三焦,有疾作嘻,吐纳治之。”此外,在《养性延命录·服气疗病篇》、《素问病机气宜保命集·素问玄机原病式》、《寿亲养老新书·太和玉轴六字气诀》与《寿世保元·六字气诀》等许多古籍中均有对前述六字功能及吐法的介绍。</p><p> 六字真言,又称“六字大明咒”,藏传佛教认为,常持诵六字大明咒,可以消除病苦、刑罚、非时死之恐惧,寿命增加,财富充盈。所以,在藏区常常可以看到人们手摇转经筒,口诵“六字真言”的景象。六字真言是藏传佛教中最尊崇的一句咒语,密宗认为这是秘密莲花部的根本真言,也即莲花部观世音的真实言教,故称六字真言。多用梵文或藏文字母(蒙古地区庙宇还有用八思巴字)书写、描画、雕刻在建筑物檐枋、天花板、门框、山岩、石板及大小宗教器具上。</p><p> 仅从字面上解释,“嗡嘛呢呗咩吽”不过是“如意宝啊,莲花哟!”一句感叹语句,是一句未念完的佛经,或是仅表现出赞美观世音、憧憬幸福的心情。但如果懂得经络,你就清楚这是宇宙能量在起作用。所以,佛门六字真言着重的是“言”,只要念出其字音即可。</p><p>根据经验,一般按这样的顺序进行:</p><p>1、音频激发心频,开脉结。练功的第三天,心脉部位的体表部分和深处发生了有节律的颤动,从上到下,从里到外,如潭中投石,一波波扩展开来,这样持续了数天。原先胸口郁闷、压抑的感觉消失了。这是音频激发了心频,并打开了脉结。同时,呼吸也变的深长、舒畅。</p><p>2、调整阴阳、气血,通经活络安五脏。知霖以前身体一般夏天发凉,冬天散热,这是阴阳不调所致,练功多年虽有所改善,但这些证状尚未彻底根除。不过,有人练本功二十天左右,却能达到寒体发暖,一股股真气循经传导,关节穴位时有冷气往外出,关节炎证状消除,股骨头的冷痛感也随之消失等奇效。</p><p>3、开气机,安神去头疾;通中脉,随着咒音,配合观想,头部的效应最为奇特。刚开始,头部发麻、发热,继而发凉,似乎有一道道清泉从九天之上落入头内,头部的每一个经络似乎是河,是溪,川流不息的真气在头部穿行,那感觉,如饮美酒,如享甘露。其将六字真言简化为三个:嗡嘛吽(连读时“嘛”常念为单音“啊”字)。这又叫三字总持,总括一切发音。</p><p>我们在前面就引用了《内经》的论述:</p><p>肝,在音为‘角’,在声为‘呼’;</p><p>心,在音为‘徴’,在声为‘笑’;</p><p>脾,在音为‘宮’,在声为‘歌’;</p><p>肺,在音为‘商’,在声为‘哭’;</p><p>肾,在音为‘羽’,在声为‘呻’。”</p><p> 其中,宫调,为长夏音,以宫音(1-Do)为主音,属土,主化而通于脾,能促进全身气机穩定,调节脾胃之气的升降,具有养脾健胃泻心火的作用。商调,为秋音,以商音(2-Re)为主音,属金,主收而通于肺,能促进全身气机的內收,调节肺气的宣发和肃降,具有养阴保肺、补肾利肝、泻脾胃虛火之功效。角调,为春音,以角音(3-Mi)为主音,属木,主生而通于肝,能促进体內气机的上升、宣发和展放,具有养阴保肝、消怒泻火的作用。徵调,为夏音,以徵音(5-So)为主音,属火,主长而通于心,能促进全身气机上炎,具有振阳养心泻肝火的作用。羽调,为冬音,以羽音(6-La)为主音,属水,主藏而通于肾,能促进全身气机的潜降,具有补肾壮阳的作用。</p><p> 姆斯·丹吉洛说:“从治疗学的角度来看,歌唱是声音的一种自然趋向,是超越了说话的较高层次的活动。早期人类的语言就像现在小孩的语言一样,从本质上讲类似于唱歌,而且在音调的变化上还很有点像鸟鸣。我们如今仍能从非洲及远东地区的部分古老语言中听到这类声音。他们的发音模式,远比那些说英语的人丰富,这不仅表现在音节的快速变化上,而且还表现在音域的宽广上。毫无疑问,唱歌有益健康,这是因为唱歌时喉咙产生的共鸣声及其对身体的振动要比说话时强烈得多,而且歌曲在被唱出的过程中,人们会撇开那些不自然的发音模式。试想一下,过去那些边唱歌边劳动的人们,歌声使他们本来十分艰辛、乏味的劳动变得轻松愉快。我们还可以想象一下众人一起放声歌唱的情景,合唱队或唱诗班齐声合唱,这时所产生的共鸣音及其对穴位经脉的振动将成倍地增强。但是,人们并未意识到歌唱特别是合唱的巨大治疗作用。</p><p> 姆斯·丹吉洛接着说:“在音乐世界里,F调(即根轮穴)和C调(即心轮穴)组合的完美五弦音被认为是最和谐的音乐。声音治疗师约翰·博利尤在谈到音叉效果时就提到过,中国的老子把这个音乐组合称为‘宇宙间的阴阳和谐之音’,这个音乐组合与生俱来就有一种深邃的稳定与平静感。沉浸于这个F调与C调组合的完美五弦音中就如同飘浮在气的光芒中,与心和谐,因为气这个元素与心轮穴相连。”上述所谓的“根轮穴”和“心轮穴”是印度的密宗瑜伽对人体经穴的表达形式中的两个,其中根轮穴就相当与我们中医说的肾经,包括肾与膀胱,而心轮穴则类于我们说的心经,包括心与小肠。</p><p> 从中医的五音开始,论述至全球的音乐,至此我们基本论述完音乐对人体健康的影响了,相信懂得中医的人对此会有更深刻的理解。老子说:五音使人耳聋。其意并非是指听歌会使人耳聋这么简单。他的真正意思是说:宇宙之间还有一种更美妙的音乐,那就是天籁之音,人若常沉浸在现实五音当中,则无法听到这些天籁之音。</p><p>
