article------>{"id":664,"cid":6,"subCid":"","title":"太极运气法","shortTitle":"0","tagId":"","attr":"1","articleView":null,"source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"太极运气法是用棚、捋、挤、按、推5个动作,在呼吸功法的基础上,动作与呼吸配合,在动态中调息。","img":"","content":"<p>太极运气法</p><p>太极运气法是用棚、捋、挤、按、推5个动作,在呼吸功法的基础上,动作与呼吸配合,在动态中调息。太极运气法初练时是以动作为主,掌握后是以呼吸为主;动中求静,以“息”—念代万念,以呼吸带动作,并根据中、快、慢的呼吸速度对运动量进行调节;太极运气法运用太极是圆转的,弧形的,用棚捋挤按推动作调节疏导身体;运气是用呼吸与动作配合,在动态中调息达到疏通经络,调和气血;在呼气时排体内废浊病气,吸气时,摄取周围清晰空气。动作简单,优美;意念在呼吸上。是适应各年龄段者练习的功法。属动静相兼类功法。</p><p>太极和本功法的含义:太极,象征东方思维的深意。太极——太,大也;极,无穷无尽。即时间的无限和空间的无极;所谓无极指无方向,无形状,无限量的太始混沌。</p><p>《易.系辞上》说:“太极是两仪,两仪生四象,四象生八卦”。八八六十四卦,即太极是派生万物的本源。生——演变的意思。太极=阴和阳,…,有柔与刚的属性 \n。太极运气法提高递进也是遵循这个原理。初时,动作导引,健身;中时,息导动行,排浊清身;高时,意导气行,养生;出神入化时,内外气、光、灵合一,增补元气、元神,融入大自然之大元气增补能量。</p><p>太极为“天地未分之前,元气混而為一,即太初、太一也”。亦即是天地未分之前,混而为一的元气。它至大、至博,這一混沌不分的元气,或为阳刚,或为阴柔,千变万化,作用无穷。太极:是阴阳2方面。即有阴,就有阳。中国传统文化理论基础。平衡的法则。</p><p>太极运气法特点是轻松柔软连贯均匀,圆活自然协调完整,符合人体生理特点,有利于身心健康。有预防或延缓关节骨质增生,减轻关节疼痛;延缓肌肉韧带的退行性变化,锻炼呼吸肌,增加肺活量,加强胃肠蠕动和消化液分泌,增进食欲,促进血液循环,滋养心肌,防治心血管疾病作用。</p><p>一、动作太极运气法:总则,以练功者为中心,动作外展阴,内收阳。阴阳交替,循环运行,疏通经络,激活气血,达到健身目的。是太极运气法基础。</p><p>二、呼吸太极运气法:在动作太极运气法基础上,总则,阳吸,收好气;阴呼,排废浊气;阴阳交替,排浊补清,清洁身体。</p><p>三、太极运气法,在呼吸太极运气法基础上,总则,意导气行,动作呼吸协和运行,初步以身体周围气形成一个整体气场,利用气场滋养自己。</p><p>四、混沌太极运气法,在太极运气法基础上,在气的境界层面,无意无我,无内无外,只有一个整体能量场,可大可小,可有形可无形,增补气、光、灵,练习完后,气畅,心清、心静、心宁。</p><p>在此只介绍第一、二种,第三、四种是内在的、微观的功夫,请习者自悟。</p><p>功法练习如下:</p><p>一、动作太极运气法</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img src=\"/public/uploads/qigong/20200319-20-49-14_18201_未标题-1.jpg\" style=\"max-width:100%;\"><br></p><p>(一)预备:放松站立,两脚距离比肩略宽,两手自然下垂在体侧,慢呼吸3次,意识相对集中(图预备式)。</p><p>(二)起势:两手前抬起与肩高,肘略弯曲外展,吸;两手缓慢下降,膝略屈,呼;右手右侧抬起,重心移至右脚,左手、脚移至右边成抱球状(图22-1.2.3)。</p><p>(三)棚:左脚左斜前方迈出成弓步,左手斜前方棚出,右手在右大腿旁成按状(图22-4)。</p><p>(四)捋:右手掌心朝上摆向左手方向,左手翻掌心向下,重心后坐,两手同时下捋到小腹部(图22-5①②)。</p><p>(五)挤;右手轻放左手内关穴上,重心向前移,腿成弓步,两手从腹部挤向斜前方(图22-6)。</p><p>(六)按:两手掌心朝下,分开与肩宽回收到胸,到腹,重心后坐(图22-7)。</p><p>(七)推:重心前移成弓步,两手顺势向前推出(图22-8)。</p><p>(八)过渡动作:右手架起,重心右移,左脚内扣,重心回到左脚,右手右脚收到左侧,成左抱球状(图22-9①②③)。换右脚斜前方迈出,动作同左边(图22-4-8)。</p><p>二、呼吸太极运气法</p><p>(一)预备:放松站立,两脚距离比肩略宽,两手自然下垂在体侧,慢呼吸3次,意识相对集中(图预备式)。</p><p>(二)起势:两手前抬起与肩高,肘略弯曲外展,吸;两手缓慢下降,膝略屈,呼;右手右侧抬起,重心移至右脚,左手、脚移至右边成抱球状,吸(图22-1.2.3)。</p><p>(三)棚:左脚左斜前方迈出成弓步,左手斜前方棚出,右手在右大腿旁成按状,呼(图22-4)。</p><p>(四)捋:右手掌心朝上摆向左手方向,左手翻掌心向下,重心后坐,两手同时下捋到小腹部,吸(图22-5①②)。</p><p>(五)挤;右手轻放左手内关穴上,重心向前移,腿成弓步,两手从腹部挤向斜前方,呼(图22-6)。</p><p>(六)按:两手掌心朝下,分开与肩宽回收到胸,到腹,重心后坐,吸(图22-7)。</p><p>(七)推:重心前移成弓步,两手顺势向前推出,呼(22-8)。</p><p>(八)过渡动作:右手架起,重心右移,左脚内扣,重心回到左脚,右手右脚收到左侧,吸,成左抱球状。换右脚斜前方迈出(22-9①②③);两边反复练习各3次。</p><p>练习次数:左右各做3次。</p><p>也可配合中、快、慢呼吸,每种呼吸各练3次。</p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>收功:回预备式,静站1分钟。</p>","status":0,"pv":3191,"link":"1","createdAt":"2020-03-19T04:41:14.000Z","updatedAt":"2024-12-21T09:00:53.000Z","field":{},"tags":[]}
