「导读」治疗慢性咽炎功法介绍

一、 导咽功

站式:全身放松,两腮频频鼓漱,待有津液后,两手大指沿耳后风池穴向两腮按摩至下颌中部,。产生大量唾液后分3次,随意念两手外导内引咽入丹田,反复鼓漱按摩两腮3次。导时舌头尽量保持上卷,产生唾液即咽下,不可吐出。

二、 风府冥想功

预备式站式二:全身放松,意念观想枕后正中入发际一寸处,风府穴,每次练功时间要在20分钟以上,每日早晚各练功一次。

三、 天一功

1、 患者取坐,卧,站式均可,但虚弱者以坐,卧为主。全身放松,自然舒适,两眼轻闭,绝虑调息,意念集中,引气下沉涌泉,聚气片刻,再意守丹田15-30分钟。

2、 舌舐上颚,两唇轻闭,即可叩齿72次,再闭口咬牙作两腮鼓漱动作36次,使津液充满口中,(此点是疗效好坏的关键)再分数口咽下,以意内视,咽吞有声,送归丹田。

3、 患者合掌搓热,再搓热两脚心各72次,以引火归元,引上身浊气及肾经虚火下降。每日晨晚各练功1次,一般6-20天治愈,为防止复发,患者可坚持长期练功。

四、 导引自控功

1、 身体直立,两脚与肩同宽,膝稍曲,百会顶天,项直,沉肩,含胸拨背,左手里,右手外,相叠置于脐下,寸半处(气海穴)闭口,舌抵上颚,微闭眼,自然呼吸,入静,排除一切杂念,意念丹田。

2、 入静后,将舌在口中不停地搅动,此谓“赤龙搅海”使口中津液不断地增生,待唾液满口时,分三口随气徐徐咽下,用意送到丹田。这种唾液不同于一般,古人称为“琼浆”“甘露”“金津”“玉液”,吞咽此“华池之水”使“玉液还丹”,有“练津化精”之功。如此法照做6次。

3、 双手合十,置于脸鼻前,以两手大拇指扣住下巴,微张嘴,放松下颚,意念从丹田移守脚下涌泉穴,然后,将相合着的双手向前,向上不停地颤动,使放松的下颌随手颤动,一松一合,带动下齿,叩击上齿,发出“叩,叩”声,一般以每分钟120次左右为宜,这样,随着上下齿的不断互叩和双唇的颤动,就会有一股津液从舌根下源源不断地升聚在口中,待到津液满口时,仍以上法,分三口随气徐徐咽下,意送丹田,如法做3次。

4、 用双手搓面,摩头,各36下后收功。

此功每天早晚各练一次。

五、 通痹功

静坐,两手轻放于两大腿上,两目微闭,舌抵上腭,神意内敛,自然呼吸,意守咽间,口中蓄津,待津液满口,缓缓下咽,如此15-20分钟,然后缓缓睁眼,以左右手拇指与其余四指轻轻按揉喉部,自然呼吸,意守手下,津液满口后,缓缓下咽,如此按揉5-7分钟。

静坐,两手放于胸前,掌心向下。五指相对,全身放松,两眼微闭,意守丹田。吸气,两手缓缓下降,意念随吸入之气从鼻到喉经肺下入丹田,呼气,两手反掌朝上,缓缓上提至胸前,如此做81息,开始练时吸一呼一,渐渐可改为吸二呼一。

收功时,两眼缓缓睁开,两掌相擦,放松身体,然后以拇指轻轻按揉喉结上方廉泉穴3-5分钟,以中指端按揉哑门穴2-3分钟,分别以两手拇指指腹轻轻按揉左右胸锁乳突肌各2—3分钟,在按揉各部位或穴位过程中,轻轻叩齿,蓄积津液,待津液满口时,分3次缓缓吞咽。

六、 阴池妙功

预备势坐式一,全身放松,用左手大指点按右臂阴池穴108次,再用右手大指点按左臂阴池穴108次,每天早晚各按一次。

article------>{"id":239,"cid":12,"subCid":"","title":"气功治疗慢性咽炎","shortTitle":"0","tagId":"","attr":"","articleView":null,"source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"治疗慢性咽炎功法介绍","img":"","content":"<p>一、 导咽功</p><p>站式:全身放松,两腮频频鼓漱,待有津液后,两手大指沿耳后风池穴向两腮按摩至下颌中部,。产生大量唾液后分3次,随意念两手外导内引咽入丹田,反复鼓漱按摩两腮3次。导时舌头尽量保持上卷,产生唾液即咽下,不可吐出。</p><p>二、 风府冥想功</p><p>预备式站式二:全身放松,意念观想枕后正中入发际一寸处,风府穴,每次练功时间要在20分钟以上,每日早晚各练功一次。</p><p>三、 天一功</p><p>1、 \n患者取坐,卧,站式均可,但虚弱者以坐,卧为主。全身放松,自然舒适,两眼轻闭,绝虑调息,意念集中,引气下沉涌泉,聚气片刻,再意守丹田15-30分钟。</p><p>2、 \n舌舐上颚,两唇轻闭,即可叩齿72次,再闭口咬牙作两腮鼓漱动作36次,使津液充满口中,(此点是疗效好坏的关键)再分数口咽下,以意内视,咽吞有声,送归丹田。</p><p>3、 \n患者合掌搓热,再搓热两脚心各72次,以引火归元,引上身浊气及肾经虚火下降。每日晨晚各练功1次,一般6-20天治愈,为防止复发,患者可坚持长期练功。</p><p>四、 导引自控功</p><p>1、 \n身体直立,两脚与肩同宽,膝稍曲,百会顶天,项直,沉肩,含胸拨背,左手里,右手外,相叠置于脐下,寸半处(气海穴)闭口,舌抵上颚,微闭眼,自然呼吸,入静,排除一切杂念,意念丹田。</p><p>2、 \n入静后,将舌在口中不停地搅动,此谓“赤龙搅海”使口中津液不断地增生,待唾液满口时,分三口随气徐徐咽下,用意送到丹田。这种唾液不同于一般,古人称为“琼浆”“甘露”“金津”“玉液”,吞咽此“华池之水”使“玉液还丹”,有“练津化精”之功。如此法照做6次。</p><p>3、 \n双手合十,置于脸鼻前,以两手大拇指扣住下巴,微张嘴,放松下颚,意念从丹田移守脚下涌泉穴,然后,将相合着的双手向前,向上不停地颤动,使放松的下颌随手颤动,一松一合,带动下齿,叩击上齿,发出“叩,叩”声,一般以每分钟120次左右为宜,这样,随着上下齿的不断互叩和双唇的颤动,就会有一股津液从舌根下源源不断地升聚在口中,待到津液满口时,仍以上法,分三口随气徐徐咽下,意送丹田,如法做3次。</p><p>4、 用双手搓面,摩头,各36下后收功。</p><p>此功每天早晚各练一次。</p><p>五、 通痹功</p><p>静坐,两手轻放于两大腿上,两目微闭,舌抵上腭,神意内敛,自然呼吸,意守咽间,口中蓄津,待津液满口,缓缓下咽,如此15-20分钟,然后缓缓睁眼,以左右手拇指与其余四指轻轻按揉喉部,自然呼吸,意守手下,津液满口后,缓缓下咽,如此按揉5-7分钟。</p><p>静坐,两手放于胸前,掌心向下。五指相对,全身放松,两眼微闭,意守丹田。吸气,两手缓缓下降,意念随吸入之气从鼻到喉经肺下入丹田,呼气,两手反掌朝上,缓缓上提至胸前,如此做81息,开始练时吸一呼一,渐渐可改为吸二呼一。</p><p>收功时,两眼缓缓睁开,两掌相擦,放松身体,然后以拇指轻轻按揉喉结上方廉泉穴3-5分钟,以中指端按揉哑门穴2-3分钟,分别以两手拇指指腹轻轻按揉左右胸锁乳突肌各2—3分钟,在按揉各部位或穴位过程中,轻轻叩齿,蓄积津液,待津液满口时,分3次缓缓吞咽。</p><p>六、 阴池妙功</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>预备势坐式一,全身放松,用左手大指点按右臂阴池穴108次,再用右手大指点按左臂阴池穴108次,每天早晚各按一次。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":1580,"link":"1","createdAt":"2018-09-09T19:22:57.000Z","updatedAt":"2024-12-21T13:20:32.000Z","field":{},"tags":[]}
