太极养生内功

「导读」内家拳术中内功和外功相结合的一种气功

太极养生内功来源于传统导引按跷术。太极拳、气功、内功,过去统称为导引按跷。古代许多医书中都有记载,如在两千多年前的《黄帝内经·素问》就是讲养生道理和方法的。例如在《素问》上古天真论中提到:“虚邪贼风,避之有时,恬瞻虚无,真气从之,精神内守,病安从来”。遗篇刺法论中提到:“肾有久病者,可以寅时面向南,净神不乱思,闭气不息七遍,以引颈咽气顺之,如咽甚硬物,如此七遍,饵舌下津无数”。中古时代的名医扁鹊在他著的“难经”中曾专门计算过人的呼吸次数,并把 “呼吸太阳”作为一种锻炼方法(“千金方”养性序第一)。汉末张仲景在“金匮要略”中写道:“若人能养慎,不令邪风,干忤经络。适中经络。未经流传脏腑,即医治之。四肢才觉重滞,即导引吐纳,针炙膏糜,勿令九窍闭塞”。华陀的“五禽戏”是一套著名的古代医疗体育方法。魏晋名医葛洪所著“抱朴子”中“别旨”一篇专论吐纳导引的理论和方法。陶弘景著的“养性延命录”也讲养生之道。唐代名医孙思邈在他著的“千金方”上记载:“心无烦,形无极,而兼之以导引,行气不乙,亦可长年,凡人不可无思,尚以渐遗除之”。又说“和神导气之道,当得密室,闭户安床暖席,枕高二寸半,正身偃卧瞑目,闭气于胸膈中,以鸣毛著鼻而不为动,经三百息,耳无所闻,目无所见,心无所思”。宋朝医书中,圣济总录中也可以找到许多养生方法。元朝王中重阳的“秦定养生论”中,明朝李时珍的“奇经八脉考”中,清朝“沈氏尊生书”中都有练功方法的记载。

武术界已经把拳术从技击转到养生这方面来。无论外家拳和内家拳对于锻炼身体都有着积极的作用,气功疗法的外功,如太极拳更是和气功有密切的关系。我所要介绍的太极内功,就是太极拳和气功相结合的一种却病、保健、益寿、延年并增强鼓荡气的一种功法。

它原是内家拳术中内功和外功相结合的一种气功,通过以意守“命门”部位为主,运用吐纳,导引的运气方法,以练腰健肾,练气强身,用于增强技击能力的一种内功。所以说它和太极拳的功夫是动静结合,内外合一的一套完整功法,历来,拳家为了保持技击上的“地位”和“实力”视为至宝,秘不传人。不仅拳术家门户派系之间,就是师徒传授亦极严格,非登门拜师,叩头递帖发誓而不能得。有的在寿终正寝之前,才传给自己的弟子。

此功在强身保健方面的作用,从拳书中的记载上看,如“腰为两肾之本位,而先天之第一,又如诸脏之根源。固肾则金、木、水、火、土,无不各显生机也”(见陈式太极拳)。“命门在两肾脏之间,男子用以藏精,女子用以击胞,生液为津,乃人生强弱之主要关键。命门火蒸腾,能化而为气、为血,升而为神。张而生肌,动而为力,神旺气足,身体强健。反之,如面色苍白,腰痛膝冷,足痺骨酸,阳事萎弱等诸症,皆起于命门受损,牵连肾部,故腰部与人身甚为重要。设能练之得法,则身弱者,必能臻于健康之境……如能习之以恒,则皮肤滋润,面现红色,两耳发赤……眼珠光泽,有神有色,舌底津液,不思水饮,此乃命门火充足之象,实与健康大有关系”等。上述论点可以说明过去拳家练命门功时,对强身保健的一般作用,这些作用不仅已为古今实践所证实,并对国外也起了很大影响作用。那么由太极拳和气功内功合而为一的“太极养生内功”在医疗健康长寿上的作用是可以肯定和不难理解的。

太极养生内功的适应症比较广泛,而尤以治疗高血压、神经衰弱、慢性肠胃病、阳萎、遗精、早泄各种疾病的康复期等具有显著效果。由于它具有分级、分段,由浅入深,适用面广的特点,所以既适用于强壮者也适用于弱者,既适用于病人,也有益于健康人。又因为太极内功是武术界用以增强技击能力的功法,无论气功和太极拳爱好者或者是其它体育爱好者也值得锻炼此功。这套内功锻炼法是在1959年胡耀贞老师传授了内功,于1960年李経梧老师又传授太极拳与内功的结合法。之后,编写了《太极拳与内功》。出版时改为《太极内功》。

article------>{"id":160,"cid":27,"subCid":"","title":"太极养生内功","shortTitle":"0","tagId":"","attr":"2,1","articleView":null,"source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"内家拳术中内功和外功相结合的一种气功","img":"","content":"<p>太极养生内功来源于传统导引按跷术。太极拳、气功、内功,过去统称为导引按跷。古代许多医书中都有记载,如在两千多年前的《黄帝内经·素问》就是讲养生道理和方法的。例如在《素问》上古天真论中提到:“虚邪贼风,避之有时,恬瞻虚无,真气从之,精神内守,病安从来”。遗篇刺法论中提到:“肾有久病者,可以寅时面向南,净神不乱思,闭气不息七遍,以引颈咽气顺之,如咽甚硬物,如此七遍,饵舌下津无数”。中古时代的名医扁鹊在他著的“难经”中曾专门计算过人的呼吸次数,并把 \n“呼吸太阳”作为一种锻炼方法(“千金方”养性序第一)。汉末张仲景在“金匮要略”中写道:“若人能养慎,不令邪风,干忤经络。适中经络。未经流传脏腑,即医治之。四肢才觉重滞,即导引吐纳,针炙膏糜,勿令九窍闭塞”。华陀的“五禽戏”是一套著名的古代医疗体育方法。魏晋名医葛洪所著“抱朴子”中“别旨”一篇专论吐纳导引的理论和方法。陶弘景著的“养性延命录”也讲养生之道。唐代名医孙思邈在他著的“千金方”上记载:“心无烦,形无极,而兼之以导引,行气不乙,亦可长年,凡人不可无思,尚以渐遗除之”。又说“和神导气之道,当得密室,闭户安床暖席,枕高二寸半,正身偃卧瞑目,闭气于胸膈中,以鸣毛著鼻而不为动,经三百息,耳无所闻,目无所见,心无所思”。宋朝医书中,圣济总录中也可以找到许多养生方法。元朝王中重阳的“秦定养生论”中,明朝李时珍的“奇经八脉考”中,清朝“沈氏尊生书”中都有练功方法的记载。</p><p>武术界已经把拳术从技击转到养生这方面来。无论外家拳和内家拳对于锻炼身体都有着积极的作用,气功疗法的外功,如太极拳更是和气功有密切的关系。我所要介绍的太极内功,就是太极拳和气功相结合的一种却病、保健、益寿、延年并增强鼓荡气的一种功法。</p><p>它原是内家拳术中内功和外功相结合的一种气功,通过以意守“命门”部位为主,运用吐纳,导引的运气方法,以练腰健肾,练气强身,用于增强技击能力的一种内功。所以说它和太极拳的功夫是动静结合,内外合一的一套完整功法,历来,拳家为了保持技击上的“地位”和“实力”视为至宝,秘不传人。不仅拳术家门户派系之间,就是师徒传授亦极严格,非登门拜师,叩头递帖发誓而不能得。有的在寿终正寝之前,才传给自己的弟子。</p><p>此功在强身保健方面的作用,从拳书中的记载上看,如“腰为两肾之本位,而先天之第一,又如诸脏之根源。固肾则金、木、水、火、土,无不各显生机也”(见陈式太极拳)。“命门在两肾脏之间,男子用以藏精,女子用以击胞,生液为津,乃人生强弱之主要关键。命门火蒸腾,能化而为气、为血,升而为神。张而生肌,动而为力,神旺气足,身体强健。反之,如面色苍白,腰痛膝冷,足痺骨酸,阳事萎弱等诸症,皆起于命门受损,牵连肾部,故腰部与人身甚为重要。设能练之得法,则身弱者,必能臻于健康之境……如能习之以恒,则皮肤滋润,面现红色,两耳发赤……眼珠光泽,有神有色,舌底津液,不思水饮,此乃命门火充足之象,实与健康大有关系”等。上述论点可以说明过去拳家练命门功时,对强身保健的一般作用,这些作用不仅已为古今实践所证实,并对国外也起了很大影响作用。那么由太极拳和气功内功合而为一的“太极养生内功”在医疗健康长寿上的作用是可以肯定和不难理解的。</p><p>\n\n\n\n</p><p>太极养生内功的适应症比较广泛,而尤以治疗高血压、神经衰弱、慢性肠胃病、阳萎、遗精、早泄各种疾病的康复期等具有显著效果。由于它具有分级、分段,由浅入深,适用面广的特点,所以既适用于强壮者也适用于弱者,既适用于病人,也有益于健康人。又因为太极内功是武术界用以增强技击能力的功法,无论气功和太极拳爱好者或者是其它体育爱好者也值得锻炼此功。这套内功锻炼法是在1959年胡耀贞老师传授了内功,于1960年李経梧老师又传授太极拳与内功的结合法。之后,编写了《太极拳与内功》。出版时改为《太极内功》。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":1655,"link":"1","createdAt":"2018-07-05T21:36:54.000Z","updatedAt":"2024-12-28T16:47:14.000Z","field":{},"tags":[]}
