太极阴阳炼丹功

「导读」太极阴阳炼丹功专炼丹田之气,可除疾,养生炼丹,成就技击铁肚功。

练功贵在内外双修,内外双修首先内炼丹田真气,因丹田有性命之祖,呼吸之门等之说,故历代功家则认为“丹田气足,则力盛”。太极阴阳炼丹功专炼丹田之气,可除疾,养生炼丹,成就技击铁肚功。

一,内丹窍要之一

1,锁阳关:习者仰卧,闭口,头正身直;两足心相合。左手中指点会阴穴,右手按住肚脐心,精神集中,做腹呼吸36次(指吸气时收小腹,呼气时突小腹)。稍休息片刻再做,共做六回。要点:(1)腹呼吸要深长,细匀,缓稳,不可急促。(2)仰卧时手,足安排要紧当,不可松散。(3)必须以左手按会阴穴,右手按住肚脐。理法:此功原为道家补漏功夫,又名闭地户。旨在发动真阳之气。因真阳的中心点在背时后命门,故又称“命门真火”。此火一动先串本经,后游走各经,故可医百病。两足涌泉穴为肾经井穴,平时散热之所。如两足心不合,当腹呼吸时,发动真阳行至足心极易外散,故足心一定要合。会阴穴古称地户,古人秘不公开实恐助淫.因当精满时,就转化为气,如不懂练精化气,就会使精外溢,甚是可惜,故需以左手中指定住此穴以防泄精走丹。肚脐为婴儿在母体中吸收养分唯一通道,为真阳游走各经时必经通道,当精气末固时极易从此处外越,故必须用右手心盖住。

2,固丹田:仰卧,头正身直,两腿平伸,双目微闭,内视丹田(脐下四横指处)5分钟,舌抵上腭。吸气一口至吸满时存于丹田,左右两手左手上右手下(女子相反)盖在脐部向下,向左,向上向右揉摩。手法轻重均匀,勿疾勿许,以上下不超过胸中上脘与耻骨,左右不超过肋骨弓缘转36周。然后上下换手,向下,向右,向上, 向左转36周。呼吸自然。要点:轻重要均匀,太轻不起效果,太重易上火,在轻不离皮,重不触骨的原则下练习.功理:当吸气时小腹突起,以轻重合理的手法使筋膜腾起,而丹田气足,呼吸深沉有力,中气充沛,劲力充实。

3,易阴阳:依以上卧势,吸气一口,左手盖在右手上置于两乳中,闭气,下推9次停于脐下阴上,将气呼尽.共作9回.要点:下推用力均匀,呼气时缓长均匀放松. 功理:以练习推拉之法可调动中丹田与下丹田阴阳之气交汇,练成混元之气,为以下诸功打下基础.

4,收功:左手盖在右手上置于脐处,默念:"天地灵气入我身,练就金刚太极尊"意念:我力大无穷,高大如山,顶天立地,天地灵气进入体内流向丹田.

二,内丹窍要之二

1,发音练气:

(1)闭气法:

两腿分开比肩稍宽,双膝微屈,两手自然下垂体侧,十指微张,头顶项直,舌顶上腭,双目平.吸气时小腹内收,吸至丹田气满后,闭气,全身绷紧.闭至不能在闭时用鼻轻吸一口,然后缓慢轻柔的用口呼气.然后自然呼吸3次,再重复练习上法,共做9回.要点:吸气时小腹内收,呼气时小腹外突.闭气时全身肌肉骨骼用力绷紧.功理:通过闭气增强全身力感,增强爆发力.

(2)喷气法:

接上式依上法吸气至口鼻同时闭气,将闭气尽量延长至不能在闭气时,用鼻快速猛烈地向外喷气,同时发鼻音"哼",全身肌肉骨骼同时用力紧绷.但发音喷气时不能一次喷完.喷气后,用口缓缓将气呼尽,随后全身放松.共练9次.要点同上.理法:通过发音宣泄浊气,使内气更纯.

2,恨地无把:

动势:以发音练气法站立,两掌从体侧缓缓托起,边托边吸气,托至头顶上方,两手心相对与肩同宽.此时丹田气以已吸满闭气,然后两手成拳,意念抓住天上的铁环,快速用力下拉,有把天拉下之意,丹田绷紧一直拉至丹田处,然后慢慢恢复原势,缓缓呼尽气息.共练9次.

3,恨地无怀:

动势:依上法站立,吸气至丹田气满.然后闭气,两手成拳,意念抓住地上的铁环快速用力向上拉,有将大地拉起之意.丹田绷紧,全身用力一直拉到头顶上方.然后慢慢恢复原势缓缓呼气息.练习9. 要点:吸气要缓慢,闭气尽量延长时间,呼气要轻柔自然.功理:传统气功只讲练气,不重视远气,一旦交手还是以意导气,由某穴经某经脉运至某穴,如此缓慢难以用于技击.恨天无把,恨地无坏是练习神速运气,不讲经脉运行,可大大提高技击效果.

4,合意运气:

静势:预备姿势如上法,全身放松,吸气至不能再吸时猛然吸气,全身肌肉骨骼及各个细胞器官猛然一紧,全身力量爆发而出。意念:吸气时,意想四周空气向我挤来,紧贴我皮肉全身不能动弹,闭气时猛然发力,将空气拦开,缓缓呼气恢复印自然。练习9次。要点:外静内动,全身同时猛然绷紧。功理:以意念假想的方式,自然后体会松紧频率,练就不用运气即可发力的技法。

三,外丹窍要之一

擂鼓式:身体正直,自然站立,两脚与肩同宽,双手置于体侧,用鼻吸气,边吸边使左右两臂向两侧展开,闭气,两气握拳,同时收腹提阳。意念:内气直贯丹田,接着身体迅速下蹲成马步,快速喷气,两手用力拍腹部,同时紧缩肛门。意念:气从丹田迸发而出,直至全身各部位散开。练习49次。先从丹田拍打开始,渐至胸,腹,肋等部位。

起坐式:取坐式,两脚自然向下夹住固定一物,使腿固定不动。两拳放在大腿上,鼻吸气,上体向后仰卧,两拳向体侧平举。闭气,意念丹田之气上行至两拳,喷气,上身坐起,两手向腹部猛击。意念:气直贯丹田。共作49次。要点:吸气时放松,闭气时全身用力绷紧,喷气时紧缩肛门,用力要猛。然后自然呼气,放松。功理浅说:科学的拍打可以使皮肤,肌肉弹性增强,肌肉张力增强。外练时自然发出的“哼”“哈”“嗨”等声,可增强抗打力与忍痛的能力。

至此太极阴阳炼丹功已全盘终结。若仅为养生治病,只练“内丹窍要之一”即可。若为技击,实非练习全部功法不可。一般“内丹窍要之一”练习一周左右,再练习以下各部,练功要求禁忌同其它各种气功。

article------>{"id":225,"cid":6,"sub_cid":"","title":"太极阴阳炼丹功","short_title":"0","tag_id":"太极阴阳炼丹功 丹田 真气 内丹窍","attr":"","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"太极阴阳炼丹功专炼丹田之气,可除疾,养生炼丹,成就技击铁肚功。","img":"","content":"<p>练功贵在内外双修,内外双修首先内炼丹田真气,因丹田有性命之祖,呼吸之门等之说,故历代功家则认为“丹田气足,则力盛”。太极阴阳炼丹功专炼丹田之气,可除疾,养生炼丹,成就技击铁肚功。</p><p>一,内丹窍要之一</p><p>1,锁阳关:习者仰卧,闭口,头正身直;两足心相合。左手中指点会阴穴,右手按住肚脐心,精神集中,做腹呼吸36次(指吸气时收小腹,呼气时突小腹)。稍休息片刻再做,共做六回。要点:(1)腹呼吸要深长,细匀,缓稳,不可急促。(2)仰卧时手,足安排要紧当,不可松散。(3)必须以左手按会阴穴,右手按住肚脐。理法:此功原为道家补漏功夫,又名闭地户。旨在发动真阳之气。因真阳的中心点在背时后命门,故又称“命门真火”。此火一动先串本经,后游走各经,故可医百病。两足涌泉穴为肾经井穴,平时散热之所。如两足心不合,当腹呼吸时,发动真阳行至足心极易外散,故足心一定要合。会阴穴古称地户,古人秘不公开实恐助淫.因当精满时,就转化为气,如不懂练精化气,就会使精外溢,甚是可惜,故需以左手中指定住此穴以防泄精走丹。肚脐为婴儿在母体中吸收养分唯一通道,为真阳游走各经时必经通道,当精气末固时极易从此处外越,故必须用右手心盖住。</p><p>2,固丹田:仰卧,头正身直,两腿平伸,双目微闭,内视丹田(脐下四横指处)5分钟,舌抵上腭。吸气一口至吸满时存于丹田,左右两手左手上右手下(女子相反)盖在脐部向下,向左,向上向右揉摩。手法轻重均匀,勿疾勿许,以上下不超过胸中上脘与耻骨,左右不超过肋骨弓缘转36周。然后上下换手,向下,向右,向上, \n向左转36周。呼吸自然。要点:轻重要均匀,太轻不起效果,太重易上火,在轻不离皮,重不触骨的原则下练习.功理:当吸气时小腹突起,以轻重合理的手法使筋膜腾起,而丹田气足,呼吸深沉有力,中气充沛,劲力充实。</p><p>3,易阴阳:依以上卧势,吸气一口,左手盖在右手上置于两乳中,闭气,下推9次停于脐下阴上,将气呼尽.共作9回.要点:下推用力均匀,呼气时缓长均匀放松. \n功理:以练习推拉之法可调动中丹田与下丹田阴阳之气交汇,练成混元之气,为以下诸功打下基础.</p><p>4,收功:左手盖在右手上置于脐处,默念:\"天地灵气入我身,练就金刚太极尊\"意念:我力大无穷,高大如山,顶天立地,天地灵气进入体内流向丹田.</p><p>二,内丹窍要之二</p><p>1,发音练气:</p><p>(1)闭气法:</p><p>两腿分开比肩稍宽,双膝微屈,两手自然下垂体侧,十指微张,头顶项直,舌顶上腭,双目平.吸气时小腹内收,吸至丹田气满后,闭气,全身绷紧.闭至不能在闭时用鼻轻吸一口,然后缓慢轻柔的用口呼气.然后自然呼吸3次,再重复练习上法,共做9回.要点:吸气时小腹内收,呼气时小腹外突.闭气时全身肌肉骨骼用力绷紧.功理:通过闭气增强全身力感,增强爆发力.</p><p>(2)喷气法:</p><p>接上式依上法吸气至口鼻同时闭气,将闭气尽量延长至不能在闭气时,用鼻快速猛烈地向外喷气,同时发鼻音\"哼\",全身肌肉骨骼同时用力紧绷.但发音喷气时不能一次喷完.喷气后,用口缓缓将气呼尽,随后全身放松.共练9次.要点同上.理法:通过发音宣泄浊气,使内气更纯.</p><p>2,恨地无把:</p><p>动势:以发音练气法站立,两掌从体侧缓缓托起,边托边吸气,托至头顶上方,两手心相对与肩同宽.此时丹田气以已吸满闭气,然后两手成拳,意念抓住天上的铁环,快速用力下拉,有把天拉下之意,丹田绷紧一直拉至丹田处,然后慢慢恢复原势,缓缓呼尽气息.共练9次.</p><p>3,恨地无怀:</p><p>动势:依上法站立,吸气至丹田气满.然后闭气,两手成拳,意念抓住地上的铁环快速用力向上拉,有将大地拉起之意.丹田绷紧,全身用力一直拉到头顶上方.然后慢慢恢复原势缓缓呼气息.练习9. \n要点:吸气要缓慢,闭气尽量延长时间,呼气要轻柔自然.功理:传统气功只讲练气,不重视远气,一旦交手还是以意导气,由某穴经某经脉运至某穴,如此缓慢难以用于技击.恨天无把,恨地无坏是练习神速运气,不讲经脉运行,可大大提高技击效果.</p><p>4,合意运气:</p><p>静势:预备姿势如上法,全身放松,吸气至不能再吸时猛然吸气,全身肌肉骨骼及各个细胞器官猛然一紧,全身力量爆发而出。意念:吸气时,意想四周空气向我挤来,紧贴我皮肉全身不能动弹,闭气时猛然发力,将空气拦开,缓缓呼气恢复印自然。练习9次。要点:外静内动,全身同时猛然绷紧。功理:以意念假想的方式,自然后体会松紧频率,练就不用运气即可发力的技法。</p><p>三,外丹窍要之一</p><p>擂鼓式:身体正直,自然站立,两脚与肩同宽,双手置于体侧,用鼻吸气,边吸边使左右两臂向两侧展开,闭气,两气握拳,同时收腹提阳。意念:内气直贯丹田,接着身体迅速下蹲成马步,快速喷气,两手用力拍腹部,同时紧缩肛门。意念:气从丹田迸发而出,直至全身各部位散开。练习49次。先从丹田拍打开始,渐至胸,腹,肋等部位。</p><p>起坐式:取坐式,两脚自然向下夹住固定一物,使腿固定不动。两拳放在大腿上,鼻吸气,上体向后仰卧,两拳向体侧平举。闭气,意念丹田之气上行至两拳,喷气,上身坐起,两手向腹部猛击。意念:气直贯丹田。共作49次。要点:吸气时放松,闭气时全身用力绷紧,喷气时紧缩肛门,用力要猛。然后自然呼气,放松。功理浅说:科学的拍打可以使皮肤,肌肉弹性增强,肌肉张力增强。外练时自然发出的“哼”“哈”“嗨”等声,可增强抗打力与忍痛的能力。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>至此太极阴阳炼丹功已全盘终结。若仅为养生治病,只练“内丹窍要之一”即可。若为技击,实非练习全部功法不可。一般“内丹窍要之一”练习一周左右,再练习以下各部,练功要求禁忌同其它各种气功。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":2872,"link":"1","createdAt":"2018-08-22 10:26:00","updatedAt":"2024-03-27 18:51:37","field":{},"tags":[]}
