同时学练多种功法可以吗?

「导读」一个人如果仅为健身治病目的,选择一个适合自己的功法学精学透就可以了。如果已熟练掌握了一种功法,获得了良好效果,并对各种气功功法的相同与不同有正确认识,在此基础上有兴趣再多学几套功法是完全可以的。

气功不仅历史悠久,而且散在于医、儒、道、佛、武及民间各家。由于各家对气功的应用目的不同,因而具体的练功方法各异,并形成了各自的功法体系。与此同时,各流派之间又相互影响,相互借鉴,形成了丰富多彩的练功方法。近些年来,随着群众性学练气功热潮的兴起,又出现了许多新创编的功法,常使一些想学气功的人眼花缭乱、无所适从;更有甚者,有人还在教功中声称“练此功就不能练别的功,否则会出问题”,难道真的不能同时学练多种功法吗?

我们知道,气功功法虽有很多种,但分析一下,每种功法无非都包括三个方面,即姿势、呼吸和意念。这三个方面也称气功三要素或三类练功手段。从这一角度看,各种流派的气功功法在总体上都有其相同的地方。除此之外,无论何种功法都基本上遵从共同的练功原则和要领,如松静自然,意气相随,动静相兼……。抓住各种功法所具有的上述共性,学习多种功法,就会触类旁通,举一反三,事倍功半。

各种功法相同之处表现在都有呼吸、姿势、意念三要素上,而各种功法的不同之处也表现在三要素上。换言之,各种功法虽然都含有呼吸、姿势、意念三要素,但每一种功法对三要素的具体运用却各不相同。如呼吸,有的功法要求顺呼吸,有的要求逆呼吸,有的要求腹式深呼吸,有的要求自然呼吸;又如姿势,有的要求卧式,有的要求坐式,有的要求行式,有的要求动式,有的要求静式,有的有套路规定,有的无套路要求;再如意念,有的想象身体如青松挺拔,有的想象身体在水中漂动,有的想如大鹏展翅,有的想如野马分鬃……。正是这无数的不同,才不断地派生组合成千姿百态的不同功法来。

除了医疗气功具有众多不同功法外,儒、道、佛、武等各家也都有许多各自的修炼方法。这样互相纵横比较起来,更是差异万千。但是统而观之,医、儒、道、佛、武等各家除各自修炼目的和具体修炼方法、名称不同外,总体的修炼手段——调息、调身、调神,还是相同的。各家的修炼方法在客观上都可起到健身治病的作用。

总之,各类气功功法的外在表现形式虽然不同,但是内在的实质没有什么本质差别。有了这一基本认识,对于是否可以同时学练多种功法就容易理解了。一个人如果仅为健身治病目的,选择一个适合自己的功法学精学透就可以了。如果已熟练掌握了一种功法,获得了良好效果,并对各种气功功法的相同与不同有正确认识,在此基础上有兴趣再多学几套功法是完全可以的。但是,如果没有上述基础,只是寻求新异,同时学练多种功法,往往不会很好掌握,弄不好也有出偏的可能。

article------>{"id":99,"cid":13,"subCid":"","title":"同时学练多种功法可以吗?","shortTitle":"0","tagId":"","attr":"2","articleView":null,"source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"一个人如果仅为健身治病目的,选择一个适合自己的功法学精学透就可以了。如果已熟练掌握了一种功法,获得了良好效果,并对各种气功功法的相同与不同有正确认识,在此基础上有兴趣再多学几套功法是完全可以的。","img":"","content":"<p>气功不仅历史悠久,而且散在于医、儒、道、佛、武及民间各家。由于各家对气功的应用目的不同,因而具体的练功方法各异,并形成了各自的功法体系。与此同时,各流派之间又相互影响,相互借鉴,形成了丰富多彩的练功方法。近些年来,随着群众性学练气功热潮的兴起,又出现了许多新创编的功法,常使一些想学气功的人眼花缭乱、无所适从;更有甚者,有人还在教功中声称“练此功就不能练别的功,否则会出问题”,难道真的不能同时学练多种功法吗?</p><p>我们知道,气功功法虽有很多种,但分析一下,每种功法无非都包括三个方面,即姿势、呼吸和意念。这三个方面也称气功三要素或三类练功手段。从这一角度看,各种流派的气功功法在总体上都有其相同的地方。除此之外,无论何种功法都基本上遵从共同的练功原则和要领,如松静自然,意气相随,动静相兼……。抓住各种功法所具有的上述共性,学习多种功法,就会触类旁通,举一反三,事倍功半。</p><p>各种功法相同之处表现在都有呼吸、姿势、意念三要素上,而各种功法的不同之处也表现在三要素上。换言之,各种功法虽然都含有呼吸、姿势、意念三要素,但每一种功法对三要素的具体运用却各不相同。如呼吸,有的功法要求顺呼吸,有的要求逆呼吸,有的要求腹式深呼吸,有的要求自然呼吸;又如姿势,有的要求卧式,有的要求坐式,有的要求行式,有的要求动式,有的要求静式,有的有套路规定,有的无套路要求;再如意念,有的想象身体如青松挺拔,有的想象身体在水中漂动,有的想如大鹏展翅,有的想如野马分鬃……。正是这无数的不同,才不断地派生组合成千姿百态的不同功法来。</p><p>除了医疗气功具有众多不同功法外,儒、道、佛、武等各家也都有许多各自的修炼方法。这样互相纵横比较起来,更是差异万千。但是统而观之,医、儒、道、佛、武等各家除各自修炼目的和具体修炼方法、名称不同外,总体的修炼手段——调息、调身、调神,还是相同的。各家的修炼方法在客观上都可起到健身治病的作用。</p><p>\n\n\n\n</p><p>总之,各类气功功法的外在表现形式虽然不同,但是内在的实质没有什么本质差别。有了这一基本认识,对于是否可以同时学练多种功法就容易理解了。一个人如果仅为健身治病目的,选择一个适合自己的功法学精学透就可以了。如果已熟练掌握了一种功法,获得了良好效果,并对各种气功功法的相同与不同有正确认识,在此基础上有兴趣再多学几套功法是完全可以的。但是,如果没有上述基础,只是寻求新异,同时学练多种功法,往往不会很好掌握,弄不好也有出偏的可能。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":1241,"link":"1","createdAt":"2018-07-04T01:00:36.000Z","updatedAt":"2024-12-21T04:35:42.000Z","field":{},"tags":[]}
