怎样才能入静?

「导读」循序渐进,不急不躁。经过一定时间的锻炼,随着方法的熟练,会形成一个有利于自我心身平衡的条件反射

从神经生理学角度来看,各种内外刺激引起的神经冲动都可经脑干网状结构等组成的非特异投射系统弥散地传导到大脑皮层,引起广泛的兴奋,起到维持清醒的作用。所以各种具有阻断这一神经冲动传导的措施,都有促进入静的作用。

从接受外部刺激产生外部感觉的环节来讲,这些感觉主要包括视觉、听觉、嗅觉、味觉、皮肤觉等,其中 80%以上的感觉信息来自视觉和听觉。因此可以通过轻闭双眼以及选择安静的环境练功等措施来阻断视觉、听觉刺激,减弱神经冲动帮助入静。当然,对于那些有益于入静的良性视觉、听觉刺激,仍可保留和利用,如悦耳的轻音乐、悦目的君子兰花等。

其次是采取阻断机体内部刺激的措施。这类措施可包括两个方面:

一方面是主动地放松肌肉,这样可以减少因肌肉紧张引起的肌梭向中枢传导的神经冲动。一般来说,卧式静功最能达到放松肌肉的效果。因此初学气功者可以先练卧式静功。但是初学者由于自控能力差,在躺着练静功时很容易进入睡眠状态,所以也需经过一段时间锻炼,才能恰到好处地将意识保持在不同于清醒与睡眠的气功入静状态。

另一方面是调整好练功时的精神状态:

首先要避免情绪激动,当情绪激动时练功是无法入静的。

其次是避免主观上急于求成,一味想放松入静,反致精神紧张,有碍入静。

除上述两种应避免的精神状态外,还有三种良性精神状态调节手段可以被利用来帮助入静:

其一是练功时要保持心情舒畅。

其二是练功时要采用合适的意守方法。意守的方法很多,可以只选一种,也可以选用多种依次进行。不论是选用一种还是多种,都要做到“似有意,似无意”,“勿忘勿助”、“勿贪勿求”。而急于求成,用意过强,在气功中称之为“着意”,则是入静的重要障碍。

其三是主动地利用良性自我暗示手段。例如可想象宁静的夜晚,站在绿草丛中……

以上方法运用时可因势利导,循序渐进,不急不躁。经过一定时间的锻炼,随着方法的熟练,会形成一个有利于自我心身平衡的条件反射,到那时,入静就不再是难事了。

article------>{"id":86,"cid":13,"subCid":"","title":"怎样才能入静?","shortTitle":"0","tagId":"","attr":"2","articleView":null,"source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"循序渐进,不急不躁。经过一定时间的锻炼,随着方法的熟练,会形成一个有利于自我心身平衡的条件反射","img":"","content":"<p>从神经生理学角度来看,各种内外刺激引起的神经冲动都可经脑干网状结构等组成的非特异投射系统弥散地传导到大脑皮层,引起广泛的兴奋,起到维持清醒的作用。所以各种具有阻断这一神经冲动传导的措施,都有促进入静的作用。</p><p>从接受外部刺激产生外部感觉的环节来讲,这些感觉主要包括视觉、听觉、嗅觉、味觉、皮肤觉等,其中 \n80%以上的感觉信息来自视觉和听觉。因此可以通过轻闭双眼以及选择安静的环境练功等措施来阻断视觉、听觉刺激,减弱神经冲动帮助入静。当然,对于那些有益于入静的良性视觉、听觉刺激,仍可保留和利用,如悦耳的轻音乐、悦目的君子兰花等。</p><p>其次是采取阻断机体内部刺激的措施。这类措施可包括两个方面:</p><p>一方面是主动地放松肌肉,这样可以减少因肌肉紧张引起的肌梭向中枢传导的神经冲动。一般来说,卧式静功最能达到放松肌肉的效果。因此初学气功者可以先练卧式静功。但是初学者由于自控能力差,在躺着练静功时很容易进入睡眠状态,所以也需经过一段时间锻炼,才能恰到好处地将意识保持在不同于清醒与睡眠的气功入静状态。</p><p>另一方面是调整好练功时的精神状态:</p><p>首先要避免情绪激动,当情绪激动时练功是无法入静的。</p><p>其次是避免主观上急于求成,一味想放松入静,反致精神紧张,有碍入静。</p><p>除上述两种应避免的精神状态外,还有三种良性精神状态调节手段可以被利用来帮助入静:</p><p>其一是练功时要保持心情舒畅。</p><p>其二是练功时要采用合适的意守方法。意守的方法很多,可以只选一种,也可以选用多种依次进行。不论是选用一种还是多种,都要做到“似有意,似无意”,“勿忘勿助”、“勿贪勿求”。而急于求成,用意过强,在气功中称之为“着意”,则是入静的重要障碍。</p><p>其三是主动地利用良性自我暗示手段。例如可想象宁静的夜晚,站在绿草丛中……</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>以上方法运用时可因势利导,循序渐进,不急不躁。经过一定时间的锻炼,随着方法的熟练,会形成一个有利于自我心身平衡的条件反射,到那时,入静就不再是难事了。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":1015,"link":"1","createdAt":"2018-07-04T00:46:10.000Z","updatedAt":"2024-12-21T04:36:25.000Z","field":{},"tags":[]}
