「导读」宇宙之气及其对人体的影响

宇宙之气包括天气、地气,及大自然的变化规律,总称大自然之气,也可简称大气。

“天有六气”:阴、阳、风雨、晦、明。同时天气还包括天时,如六十年一个甲子;一年有四季,一季有三月,一季有六个节气,每月有上半月,下半月,每天有十二个时辰……根据五运六气的规律,根据一年四季的规律,乃至一日十二时辰当中阴阳之气的盛衰,人体在宇宙之气中都受到感应,受到一定影响。因此有些功法在练功时规定什么年,什么季,什么时辰练什么功,有的规定练子时功,午时功等,都是根据长时间经验总结出天气对人体的影响而规定的。

地气指地理位置,环境和地势等因素。由于地区气候的差异、地理环境的不同,对人体也有很大影响。如同一季度南方气温高,湿度大,人体腠理多疏松,北方气温低,空气干燥,人体腠理多致密。又如高原地带空气稀薄,使人的心脏负担加重;湖边海岸多潮湿;工业城市多空气污浊,深山密林空气新鲜,负氧离子密度大,树也有不同的气……这些都属于地气。另外还有两个不可忽视的地气影响,即是地磁的影响和其它能量场的影响。地磁的影响现在可以测出,至于其它能量场的影响,现在科研工作者正在研究。但练功有素者在实践中可以体验到哪些地方地气好。在地气好的那些地方练功气感强。如有名的道观、庙宇一般都是在地气比较好的地方建立的。因此道家气功,佛家气功除了有宗教信仰之外也是注意练功和重视练功场所地气的选择的。一般来讲中原地带地气较高原空气稀薄处好;山区、森林地带比工业城市、人口密集处地气好;还有些名山、大川、海滨等地的地气也很好。有些功法是比较重视天气、地气、时辰的影响的。但也不是所有的功都有此规定。从气的分类方面我们知道天气、地气、大自然的规律对人体有重要影响,练功当中能随机应变、适应外界条件即可以达到练功目的。

自然界的变化在人体适应范围之内,人体只有生理性变化;如果自然界变化超出人体适应范围,人体就会发生病理性变化乃至死亡。如地震前许多动物和人有反映,因此自然界之大气对人体健康,寿命起着极重要的作用,这也是练气功不可不知的道理。

宇宙之气对人体来讲是体外之气,但它和体内之气相通,这里除了天气、地气之外,还有一些自然界规律性的因素也包括在大气之内。总之,宇宙之气(即自然之气)对人体的作用有构成人体;维持人的生命;影响人机体内的生理变化等三方面作用。

《素问·宝命全形论》说:“人以天地之气生,四时之法成”;“天地合气,命之曰人。”这就是说人是大自然的产物,也就是“天地之气”的产物。人的形体构成也是以“气”为最基本的物质基础,所以《医门法律》中说:“气聚则形成,气散则形亡。”也认为人体的构成是以自然之气做先决条件的。

《素问·六节藏象论》说:“天食(音义同饲)人以五气”,(风、暑、湿、燥、寒)“地食(同饲)人以五味”,(酸、甜、苦、辛、咸)“五气人鼻,藏于心肺,上使五色修明,音声能彰;五味入口,藏于肠胃,味有所生,以养五气。气和而生,津液相成,神乃自生。”这就是说人的生命活动,需要从“天地之气”中摄取营养成分,以养五脏之气,从而维持肌体的生理活动。如练气功有练“辟谷”者,可以数十日或更长时间不吃东西,仅从大自然之气摄取营养物质而能正常生存,这是一个很好的证明,证明大自然之气可以给人维持生命的营养物质。

自然界对人体生理状态的影响是多方面的,现在仅从四时脉象的变化和人体气血的运行受气候中风雨晦明变化的影响来看,就可以知道外界之气对人体的生理可以起很大的作用。如人之脉象:“春日浮、如鱼之游在波;夏日在肤、泛泛乎万物有余;秋日下肤,蛰虫将去;冬日在骨,蛰虫周密。”(《素问·脉要经微论》)。人体气血的运行“天温日明,则人血淖液而卫气浮,故血易泻,气易行;天寒日阴,则人血凝泣而卫气沉。”(《素问·八正神明论》)。另外人体阳气的盛衰,肠胃的蠕动,脾胃的消化吸收,脾之升清,胃之降浊,气机的升降开合等等一切,都受大自然之气的影响。

但是人受大自然之气的影响不是消极的,被动的,而是可以变为主动地适应大自然,并且还可以通过练气功增强人体对外界大气变化的适应性,通过练功更多地摄取大自然之气中的营养成份,以达到健康长寿,调动人体潜能的目的。

article------>{"id":91,"cid":15,"subCid":"","title":"宇宙之气及其对人体的影响","shortTitle":"0","tagId":"","attr":"2","articleView":null,"source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"宇宙之气及其对人体的影响","img":"","content":"<p>宇宙之气包括天气、地气,及大自然的变化规律,总称大自然之气,也可简称大气。</p><p>“天有六气”:阴、阳、风雨、晦、明。同时天气还包括天时,如六十年一个甲子;一年有四季,一季有三月,一季有六个节气,每月有上半月,下半月,每天有十二个时辰……根据五运六气的规律,根据一年四季的规律,乃至一日十二时辰当中阴阳之气的盛衰,人体在宇宙之气中都受到感应,受到一定影响。因此有些功法在练功时规定什么年,什么季,什么时辰练什么功,有的规定练子时功,午时功等,都是根据长时间经验总结出天气对人体的影响而规定的。</p><p>地气指地理位置,环境和地势等因素。由于地区气候的差异、地理环境的不同,对人体也有很大影响。如同一季度南方气温高,湿度大,人体腠理多疏松,北方气温低,空气干燥,人体腠理多致密。又如高原地带空气稀薄,使人的心脏负担加重;湖边海岸多潮湿;工业城市多空气污浊,深山密林空气新鲜,负氧离子密度大,树也有不同的气……这些都属于地气。另外还有两个不可忽视的地气影响,即是地磁的影响和其它能量场的影响。地磁的影响现在可以测出,至于其它能量场的影响,现在科研工作者正在研究。但练功有素者在实践中可以体验到哪些地方地气好。在地气好的那些地方练功气感强。如有名的道观、庙宇一般都是在地气比较好的地方建立的。因此道家气功,佛家气功除了有宗教信仰之外也是注意练功和重视练功场所地气的选择的。一般来讲中原地带地气较高原空气稀薄处好;山区、森林地带比工业城市、人口密集处地气好;还有些名山、大川、海滨等地的地气也很好。有些功法是比较重视天气、地气、时辰的影响的。但也不是所有的功都有此规定。从气的分类方面我们知道天气、地气、大自然的规律对人体有重要影响,练功当中能随机应变、适应外界条件即可以达到练功目的。</p><p>自然界的变化在人体适应范围之内,人体只有生理性变化;如果自然界变化超出人体适应范围,人体就会发生病理性变化乃至死亡。如地震前许多动物和人有反映,因此自然界之大气对人体健康,寿命起着极重要的作用,这也是练气功不可不知的道理。</p><p>宇宙之气对人体来讲是体外之气,但它和体内之气相通,这里除了天气、地气之外,还有一些自然界规律性的因素也包括在大气之内。总之,宇宙之气(即自然之气)对人体的作用有构成人体;维持人的生命;影响人机体内的生理变化等三方面作用。</p><p>《素问·宝命全形论》说:“人以天地之气生,四时之法成”;“天地合气,命之曰人。”这就是说人是大自然的产物,也就是“天地之气”的产物。人的形体构成也是以“气”为最基本的物质基础,所以《医门法律》中说:“气聚则形成,气散则形亡。”也认为人体的构成是以自然之气做先决条件的。</p><p>《素问·六节藏象论》说:“天食(音义同饲)人以五气”,(风、暑、湿、燥、寒)“地食(同饲)人以五味”,(酸、甜、苦、辛、咸)“五气人鼻,藏于心肺,上使五色修明,音声能彰;五味入口,藏于肠胃,味有所生,以养五气。气和而生,津液相成,神乃自生。”这就是说人的生命活动,需要从“天地之气”中摄取营养成分,以养五脏之气,从而维持肌体的生理活动。如练气功有练“辟谷”者,可以数十日或更长时间不吃东西,仅从大自然之气摄取营养物质而能正常生存,这是一个很好的证明,证明大自然之气可以给人维持生命的营养物质。</p><p>自然界对人体生理状态的影响是多方面的,现在仅从四时脉象的变化和人体气血的运行受气候中风雨晦明变化的影响来看,就可以知道外界之气对人体的生理可以起很大的作用。如人之脉象:“春日浮、如鱼之游在波;夏日在肤、泛泛乎万物有余;秋日下肤,蛰虫将去;冬日在骨,蛰虫周密。”(《素问·脉要经微论》)。人体气血的运行“天温日明,则人血淖液而卫气浮,故血易泻,气易行;天寒日阴,则人血凝泣而卫气沉。”(《素问·八正神明论》)。另外人体阳气的盛衰,肠胃的蠕动,脾胃的消化吸收,脾之升清,胃之降浊,气机的升降开合等等一切,都受大自然之气的影响。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>但是人受大自然之气的影响不是消极的,被动的,而是可以变为主动地适应大自然,并且还可以通过练气功增强人体对外界大气变化的适应性,通过练功更多地摄取大自然之气中的营养成份,以达到健康长寿,调动人体潜能的目的。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":1139,"link":"1","createdAt":"2018-07-04T00:51:30.000Z","updatedAt":"2024-12-21T21:03:44.000Z","field":{},"tags":[]}
