【党领导中医气功大事记①】百年中医气功发展离不开党的引领

气功是通过形体调整(调身)、呼吸运动(调息)、心理调节(调心)“三调”的互相配合、融会贯通,并最终达到“三调”合一状态的操作方法,包括中医经典著作中的“导引”等、是中华民族优秀文化遗产之一。气功因其悠久的历史、科学的体系和确切的疗效而受到世人的青睐,在这次抗击新冠 肺炎的实践者,其中的八段锦、五禽戏 等功法,在武汉的方舱医院等场合教 练后,获得了较好的反响。一般认为, 气功的历史有四五千年之久,但其飞速发展则是现代之事:无论是“气功” 一词的正式确定,还是其科学建设、机构建设的推进,都离不开党的正确领导。

《体育之研究》对气功做出客观评价

号召“发展体育运动,增强人民体质”的毛泽东主席,对我国的体育事业有许多指示,这是大家所熟知的。但毛主席也曾经关注过气功,这一点鲜为人知。其实,在一百多年前的1917年4月,毛泽东以“二十八画生”(繁体 字“毛澤東”三字的总笔画数为 28 画)的笔名在《新青年》第三卷第二号上以文言文发表了《体育之研究》一文。虽然这篇文章中没有出现“气功”一词,但在内容上涉及气功。如该文的《第 四 体育之效》中写道:“动也者,盖养乎吾生乐乎吾心而已。朱子主敬,陆子主静。静,静也;敬,非动也,亦静而已。老子曰无动为大。释氏务求寂 静。静坐之法,为朱陆之徒咸尊之。近有因是子者,言静坐法。”其中的“朱 子”系指宋代大儒朱熹,据说朱氏钟爱气功中的静功,对孔子的“心斋”、颜回的“坐忘”更是情有独钟,其提倡并践行“半日静坐,半日读书”;“因是子”是蒋维乔的自号,此公亦喜爱静坐,其法主要源自释家的禅定,也与道家的周天相关,所著《因是子静坐法》在圈内颇有影响。新中国成立后,蒋维乔被聘为上海市气功疗养所顾问,并应邀赴北戴河气功疗养院(今河北省医疗 气功医院)讲学。文中,毛泽东对这些静养方法没有予以肯定,认为“天地盖惟有动而已”。这种主张“动”的养生观点,与古代导引派气功的提倡者不谋而合。如杂家巨擎吕不韦有“流水不腐,户枢不蠹,动也。形气亦然。形不动则精不流,精不流则气郁”(《吕氏 春秋·尽数》)之说;古代名医华佗有“动摇则谷气得消,血脉流通,病不得生”(《后汉书·方术列传》)之名言,并以此为理论依据,创编了知名度极高的五禽戏。此外,作者还在该文的《第八运动一得之商榷》中归纳出的“六段运动”法,与气功的保健功十分相似,甚至可以称之为“六段锦”。如“手部运动,坐势。握拳向前屈伸。左右参,三次(左右参者,左动右息,右动左息,相参互也)。足部运动,坐势。手 握拳左右垂。足就原位一前屈,一后斜伸。左右参,三次。躯干部运动,立势。身向前后屈。三次(手握拳,下 同)。头部运动,坐势。头前后屈。三次。打击运动,不定势(打击运动者,以拳遍击身体各处,使血液奔注,筋肉坚实,为此运动之主)。手部。右手击左手,左手击右手。调和运动,不定势。跳舞,十余次。深呼吸,三次。”毛泽东在该文中,提出的“注全力之道” 的运动方法,与后世气功学者所说的 “三调合一”有异曲同工之妙。可以说,《体育之研究》是这一时期对气功作出客观评价的代表作之一,其基本精神对今天的气功研究仍有指导意义。

河北地方党政领导助推气功研究

尽管气功的历史很长,但其研究和正式“定名”却很晚。早期气功的 “曾用名”多且乱,如:中医界有“导引”“行气”等;道家、道教有“周天”“内丹” 等;佛家有“禅定”“坐禅”等;儒家有 “坐忘”“心斋”等。将这些“曾用名”统一成“气功”这一“通用名”,则是 20世纪50年代的事了。其间,气功主任医师刘贵珍同志起到关键的作用,也离不开唐山市卫生局、河北省卫生厅等 各级管理部门及其党组织的支持和帮助,尤其是程玉琳、段慧轩等领导同志。程玉琳 1934年加入中国共产党,曾任河北省邢台地委书记;段慧轩时任河北省卫生厅厅长。资料显示,程玉琳、段慧轩等许多地方党政领导同 志对刘贵珍的工作给予很大的帮助和支持:当刘贵珍因病不能正常工作时,领导批准他回老家脱产学习气功,接受气功疗法治疗;当刘贵珍基本病愈后,也是领导支持他将“导引”的散、杂名称统一为“气功”,并得到了中央的 肯定,1955年12月,卫生部在嘉奖刘贵珍团队的奖状上正式启用了“气功疗 法”一词,之后,在全国范围内掀起了新中国第一次气功发展高潮;当刘贵珍取得成绩后,他被评选为全国劳动模范,受到了毛泽东主席等党和国家领导人的亲切接见。也是在这次上海市气功疗养所正式成立,陈涛任所长。陈涛是一位1948 年入党的共产党员,为秘密保管党中央苏区文件和方志敏遗著作出过贡献。1945 年毕业于圣约翰大学,1957年7月领衔成立上海市气功疗养所,后被聘为中国医学科学院特约研究员,气功疗养所建制撤销后调任上海中医学院附属龙华医院门诊部主任。

老同志的气功实践

二十世纪五六十年代,新中国第一个气功发展高潮在全国掀起,并取得了不俗的成绩。其间,许多老同志起到了引领和示范作用。被誉为“延安五老”“长征四老”之一的时任内务部部长谢觉哉为刘贵珍的《气功疗法 实践》题词:“气功疗法人人可行,不花钱,不费事,可以却病,可以强身,可以全生,可以延年。”卫生部副部长傅连璋于1961年7月25日,在 《中国青年报》上发表《练气功好处多》一文。文中提到,近几年的实践进一步证实,气功在增强体质防治疾病方面的确有很好的效果。在神经系统方面,气功能够调整兴奋和抑制过程的平衡。气功有助于血液循环,能改善心脏功能。气功对消化系统的影响也很明显。气功使人体的新陈代谢旺盛,各种腺体的分泌增加,体重增加,情绪安定,从而提高工作、学习的效果。”此外,学界也有一批“大腕”也在此期间纷纷加盟气功行列,如时任江苏省卫生厅副厅长的著名中医药专家叶橘泉,著名内科学家邝安堃、王振义、陈灏珠,著名生理学家徐丰彦等。正因为有老领导、老专家的作用,第一次气功高潮过程中基本没有出现大的问题。

根据《刘少奇年谱》记载,1956年3月刘少奇同志先后两次在听取有关部委负责人汇报工作时都提到了气功:3月7 日,听取卫生部副部长徐运北、张 凯、傅连璋、崔义田、郭子化等的汇报,提出以下意见:气功疗法要提倡、推广,这种疗法并不难学,只要讲几次课,自己就可以做,为什么不去推广?3月9日,听取国家体委副主任蔡树藩、荣高棠等的汇报,指出:除了现代体育项目外,还要加强研究、改革武术、气功等传统体育项目,研究其科学价值,采取各种办法传授和推广。从中可以看出,刘少奇同志早在60多年前就已经将气功划分为医学和体育两个不同的领域,这也为日后的管理和推广、研究指明了方向。1996年8月5日,针对当时气功发展中出现的一些突出问题,中共中央宣传部、国家体委、卫生部、民政部、公安部、国家中医药管理局、国家工商行政管理局颁发了《关于加强社会气功管理的通知》《通知》的第一条指出“社会气功是指社会上众多人员参 与的健身气功和气功医疗活动。其中群众通过参加锻炼,从而强身健体、养生康复的,属健身气功;对他人传授或运用气功疗法直接治疗疾病,构成医疗行为的,属气功医疗。”第二条则有“健身气功由体育行政部门负责管理;气功医疗由中医药行政部门负责管理”要求。其基本精神与刘少奇同志的上述谈话一脉相承。

进入 21 世纪以来,气功的发展还得到了习近平总书记的关心。2014 年 9 月,国家主席习近平出访印度时指出:“中国太极和印度瑜伽、中国中医 和印度阿育吠陀有惊人的相似之处,两国人民数千年来奉行的生活哲理深度相似。”2015 年 3 月 2 日,国家主席习近平在人民大会堂会见英国剑桥公爵威廉王子。习近平表示,中英在武术、气功等项目上还将举行一系列交流和赛事。习近平主席的一番话,为新时期中国气功的对外交流指明了方向,相信气功会在正确方向指引下不断发展。

article------>{"id":749,"cid":1,"subCid":"","title":"【党领导中医气功大事记①】百年中医气功发展离不开党的引领","shortTitle":"0","tagId":"","attr":"1","articleView":null,"source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"编者按:在喜迎中国共产党成立100周年之际,中国医学气功学会组织专班力量,梳理党领导中医气功事业披荆斩棘走过的心路历程,以总结经验,继往开来,传承精华,守正创新,促进中医气功事业在新时代健康发展,为建设健康中国,坚定文化自信,实现中华民族伟大复兴,贡献中医气功的智慧与力量。本文是由学会副会长黄健、秘书长张海波署名的开篇文章,发表于2021年5月20日《中国中医药报》第三版“视点”专栏。","img":"","content":"<p>编者按:在喜迎中国共产党成立100周年之际,中国医学气功学会组织专班力量,梳理党领导中医气功事业披荆斩棘走过的心路历程,以总结经验,继往开来,传承精华,守正创新,促进中医气功事业在新时代健康发展,为建设健康中国,坚定文化自信,实现中华民族伟大复兴,贡献中医气功的智慧与力量。本文是由学会副会长黄健、秘书长张海波署名的开篇文章,发表于2021年5月20日《中国中医药报》第三版“视点”专栏。</p><p>气功是通过形体调整(调身)、呼吸运动(调息)、心理调节(调心)“三调”的互相配合、融会贯通,并最终达到“三调”合一状态的操作方法,包括中医经典著作中的“导引”等、是中华民族优秀文化遗产之一。气功因其悠久的历史、科学的体系和确切的疗效而受到世人的青睐,在这次抗击新冠 \n肺炎的实践者,其中的八段锦、五禽戏 等功法,在武汉的方舱医院等场合教 练后,获得了较好的反响。一般认为, \n气功的历史有四五千年之久,但其飞速发展则是现代之事:无论是“气功” 一词的正式确定,还是其科学建设、机构建设的推进,都离不开党的正确领导。</p><p><b>《体育之研究》对气功做出客观评价</b></p><p>号召“发展体育运动,增强人民体质”的毛泽东主席,对我国的体育事业有许多指示,这是大家所熟知的。但毛主席也曾经关注过气功,这一点鲜为人知。其实,在一百多年前的1917年4月,毛泽东以“二十八画生”(繁体 \n字“毛澤東”三字的总笔画数为 28 \n画)的笔名在《新青年》第三卷第二号上以文言文发表了《体育之研究》一文。虽然这篇文章中没有出现“气功”一词,但在内容上涉及气功。如该文的《第 四 \n体育之效》中写道:“动也者,盖养乎吾生乐乎吾心而已。朱子主敬,陆子主静。静,静也;敬,非动也,亦静而已。老子曰无动为大。释氏务求寂 \n静。静坐之法,为朱陆之徒咸尊之。近有因是子者,言静坐法。”其中的“朱 \n子”系指宋代大儒朱熹,据说朱氏钟爱气功中的静功,对孔子的“心斋”、颜回的“坐忘”更是情有独钟,其提倡并践行“半日静坐,半日读书”;“因是子”是蒋维乔的自号,此公亦喜爱静坐,其法主要源自释家的禅定,也与道家的周天相关,所著《因是子静坐法》在圈内颇有影响。新中国成立后,蒋维乔被聘为上海市气功疗养所顾问,并应邀赴北戴河气功疗养院(今河北省医疗 \n气功医院)讲学。文中,毛泽东对这些静养方法没有予以肯定,认为“天地盖惟有动而已”。这种主张“动”的养生观点,与古代导引派气功的提倡者不谋而合。如杂家巨擎吕不韦有“流水不腐,户枢不蠹,动也。形气亦然。形不动则精不流,精不流则气郁”(《吕氏 \n春秋·尽数》)之说;古代名医华佗有“动摇则谷气得消,血脉流通,病不得生”(《后汉书·方术列传》)之名言,并以此为理论依据,创编了知名度极高的五禽戏。此外,作者还在该文的《第八运动一得之商榷》中归纳出的“六段运动”法,与气功的保健功十分相似,甚至可以称之为“六段锦”。如“手部运动,坐势。握拳向前屈伸。左右参,三次(左右参者,左动右息,右动左息,相参互也)。足部运动,坐势。手 \n握拳左右垂。足就原位一前屈,一后斜伸。左右参,三次。躯干部运动,立势。身向前后屈。三次(手握拳,下 \n同)。头部运动,坐势。头前后屈。三次。打击运动,不定势(打击运动者,以拳遍击身体各处,使血液奔注,筋肉坚实,为此运动之主)。手部。右手击左手,左手击右手。调和运动,不定势。跳舞,十余次。深呼吸,三次。”毛泽东在该文中,提出的“注全力之道” \n的运动方法,与后世气功学者所说的 \n“三调合一”有异曲同工之妙。可以说,《体育之研究》是这一时期对气功作出客观评价的代表作之一,其基本精神对今天的气功研究仍有指导意义。</p><p>河北地方党政领导助推气功研究</p><p>尽管气功的历史很长,但其研究和正式“定名”却很晚。早期气功的 “曾用名”多且乱,如:中医界有“导引”“行气”等;道家、道教有“周天”“内丹” \n等;佛家有“禅定”“坐禅”等;儒家有 “坐忘”“心斋”等。将这些“曾用名”统一成“气功”这一“通用名”,则是 \n20世纪50年代的事了。其间,气功主任医师刘贵珍同志起到关键的作用,也离不开唐山市卫生局、河北省卫生厅等 \n各级管理部门及其党组织的支持和帮助,尤其是程玉琳、段慧轩等领导同志。程玉琳 \n1934年加入中国共产党,曾任河北省邢台地委书记;段慧轩时任河北省卫生厅厅长。资料显示,程玉琳、段慧轩等许多地方党政领导同 \n志对刘贵珍的工作给予很大的帮助和支持:当刘贵珍因病不能正常工作时,领导批准他回老家脱产学习气功,接受气功疗法治疗;当刘贵珍基本病愈后,也是领导支持他将“导引”的散、杂名称统一为“气功”,并得到了中央的 \n肯定,1955年12月,卫生部在嘉奖刘贵珍团队的奖状上正式启用了“气功疗 \n法”一词,之后,在全国范围内掀起了新中国第一次气功发展高潮;当刘贵珍取得成绩后,他被评选为全国劳动模范,受到了毛泽东主席等党和国家领导人的亲切接见。也是在这次上海市气功疗养所正式成立,陈涛任所长。陈涛是一位1948 \n年入党的共产党员,为秘密保管党中央苏区文件和方志敏遗著作出过贡献。1945 \n年毕业于圣约翰大学,1957年7月领衔成立上海市气功疗养所,后被聘为中国医学科学院特约研究员,气功疗养所建制撤销后调任上海中医学院附属龙华医院门诊部主任。</p><p><b>老同志的气功实践</b></p><p>二十世纪五六十年代,新中国第一个气功发展高潮在全国掀起,并取得了不俗的成绩。其间,许多老同志起到了引领和示范作用。被誉为“延安五老”“长征四老”之一的时任内务部部长谢觉哉为刘贵珍的《气功疗法 \n实践》题词:“气功疗法人人可行,不花钱,不费事,可以却病,可以强身,可以全生,可以延年。”卫生部副部长傅连璋于1961年7月25日,在 \n《中国青年报》上发表《练气功好处多》一文。文中提到,近几年的实践进一步证实,气功在增强体质防治疾病方面的确有很好的效果。在神经系统方面,气功能够调整兴奋和抑制过程的平衡。气功有助于血液循环,能改善心脏功能。气功对消化系统的影响也很明显。气功使人体的新陈代谢旺盛,各种腺体的分泌增加,体重增加,情绪安定,从而提高工作、学习的效果。”此外,学界也有一批“大腕”也在此期间纷纷加盟气功行列,如时任江苏省卫生厅副厅长的著名中医药专家叶橘泉,著名内科学家邝安堃、王振义、陈灏珠,著名生理学家徐丰彦等。正因为有老领导、老专家的作用,第一次气功高潮过程中基本没有出现大的问题。</p><p>根据《刘少奇年谱》记载,1956年3月刘少奇同志先后两次在听取有关部委负责人汇报工作时都提到了气功:3月7 日,听取卫生部副部长徐运北、张 \n凯、傅连璋、崔义田、郭子化等的汇报,提出以下意见:气功疗法要提倡、推广,这种疗法并不难学,只要讲几次课,自己就可以做,为什么不去推广?3月9日,听取国家体委副主任蔡树藩、荣高棠等的汇报,指出:除了现代体育项目外,还要加强研究、改革武术、气功等传统体育项目,研究其科学价值,采取各种办法传授和推广。从中可以看出,刘少奇同志早在60多年前就已经将气功划分为医学和体育两个不同的领域,这也为日后的管理和推广、研究指明了方向。1996年8月5日,针对当时气功发展中出现的一些突出问题,中共中央宣传部、国家体委、卫生部、民政部、公安部、国家中医药管理局、国家工商行政管理局颁发了《关于加强社会气功管理的通知》《通知》的第一条指出“社会气功是指社会上众多人员参 \n与的健身气功和气功医疗活动。其中群众通过参加锻炼,从而强身健体、养生康复的,属健身气功;对他人传授或运用气功疗法直接治疗疾病,构成医疗行为的,属气功医疗。”第二条则有“健身气功由体育行政部门负责管理;气功医疗由中医药行政部门负责管理”要求。其基本精神与刘少奇同志的上述谈话一脉相承。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>进入 21 世纪以来,气功的发展还得到了习近平总书记的关心。2014 年 9 月,国家主席习近平出访印度时指出:“中国太极和印度瑜伽、中国中医 \n和印度阿育吠陀有惊人的相似之处,两国人民数千年来奉行的生活哲理深度相似。”2015 年 3 月 2 \n日,国家主席习近平在人民大会堂会见英国剑桥公爵威廉王子。习近平表示,中英在武术、气功等项目上还将举行一系列交流和赛事。习近平主席的一番话,为新时期中国气功的对外交流指明了方向,相信气功会在正确方向指引下不断发展。</p>","status":0,"pv":989,"link":"1","createdAt":"2021-05-22T05:57:34.000Z","updatedAt":"2024-12-21T03:58:42.000Z","field":{},"tags":[]}
