article------>{"id":719,"cid":1,"subCid":"","title":"站桩惊人,可以治疗这12种慢性病","shortTitle":"0","tagId":"","attr":"1","articleView":null,"source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"根据站桩时间的长短,如果开始仅仅是十几分钟,或者由一个小时开始站桩,站桩的排病反应是不一样的,这里从首次站桩一个小时开始剖析。","img":"","content":"<p>根据站桩时间的长短,如果开始仅仅是十几分钟,或者由一个小时开始站桩,站桩的排病反应是不一样的,这里从首次站桩一个小时开始剖析。</p><p>疾病反应往往是突然的。经几分钟、几小时站桩感到功感强,会突然感到某部位器官、某经络疼痛起来。练功到了这个时期,体内已发现的以及未被发现的疾病都会有不同程度的反应,这是正常的现象。</p><p>有的患者非常高兴,看到了效果,这是继续站下去的动力和希望,但是有的患者被吓着了,就此放弃,放弃站桩几乎等于和平式自杀,因为,如果继续下去,减去过程,未来就是康复或是绝对的健康,所以康复或罹患的选择权利就在你的脚下。</p><p>平时人们对体内微小的变化容易忽视,往往到了病情明显,精神、肉体受到严重影响才引起重视。练功状态下,人们的精神、意识应注重内部变化,“向内看”——内想、内视、内感、内听、内觉的五内秘诀,就是让练功者注视内部世界,全神贯注地进行自我体察。</p><p>这样,身体的细微变化才容易发觉,很多的疾病排病反应只有在站桩的过程中,才会有剧烈的反应,日常生活中体现为普普通通的皮肤病、腰痛、某部位的不适、疼痛、流泪、上火……</p><p>站桩到了第三时期,病灶反应有的轻,有的重,有的反应时间短,有的反应时间长;有的反应过后病灶就消失,有的多次反应后才消失;有的呈周期性的反应,每周、每月循环往复;</p><p>有的反反复复数周数月,个别严重的患者要反复一年二年或更长的时间,尤其是内脏、骨髓、股骨头、骨骼等严重的疾病,要有数年的时间才可以康复,其中骨髓、骨骼的疾病往往体现为严重的皮肤病,所以常人一直认为是皮肤病,其实非也。总之,只要坚持下去,不论反应次数多少,时间长短,最后疾病终将要消失,坚持就是胜利。</p><p>1</p><p>高血压患者在练功的第二时期血压逐步趋于稳定、下降,高血压症状轻的,也有很快恢复到正常的。但到了功感最佳的时候,会突然出现头昏脑沉等症状,血压回升,这说明病灶的反应期到了。</p><p>也有的高血压患者到了病灶反应期,血压虽然回升,但却并没有不舒适的反应。另有个别患者虽然头昏反应剧烈,但血压不变,站桩降压仅仅是小病而已,关键是你能不能继续下去,权利就在你的脚下。</p><p>2</p><p>抑郁症、神经衰弱、神经官能症患者到了本时期会出现头部胀痛、头晕、不能入睡、多梦、梦遗、心悸、四肢无力、饮食减退、情绪低落等症状,尤其是头部就像灌了铅一样,或者更像未开凿的石头一样,这时晚上休息就像噩梦一样,无法入睡。</p><p>这个时间根据患病的轻重,有的时间较短,有的时间有数月之久,但是一旦度过这个阶段,犹如婴儿香甜般的睡梦就会变为现实,这个时候你的精神状态,会焕然一新,这也是我的站桩实证。</p><p>3</p><p>各种风湿病患者会局部或全身冒凉气、出冷汗、打冷战。风湿严重的患者即使在六七八月,天气最炎热的季节也要穿棉衣、盖被子。有的凉气、冷汗出几个小时甚至几天后,又突然出现暖流感、温热感,但不久又出现凉气冷汗。</p><p>有的上半身出热汗,下半身出冷汗;左半身出热汗,右半身出冷汗。左右上肢、左右下肢有时也会出现不平衡。核心部位出汗就是脚部,开始时脚的出汗不如叫流水,直到有一天双脚再也不出汗,而是发热,三伏天或三九天站桩时双脚热的烫人(感觉),这个时候风湿早已飘然而去。</p><p>4</p><p>心脏病患者到了此时,心脏会出现种种不适应的反应。因其心脏病表现的症状不同,到了此时反应也不尽相同。详细内容参考我的《康复日记》。</p><p>5</p><p>近视、远视、角膜炎、青光眼、白内障、沙眼、散光等眼病到了此时,会眼酸、疼、痒、流泪,视力暂下降,反应过后,视力又回升、提高、康复。 \n脑震荡后遗症、耳鸣、耳聋(不是先天的),只要你继续站下去,将很快恢复正常。</p><p>6</p><p>因神经功能失调引起的耳鸣耳聋,经过练功治疗后恢复正常。 \n颈椎增生、颈椎肥大、颈椎炎、鼻炎、咽喉炎等慢性疾病经过认真练功,快者一个月慢者不超过百日即可恢复健康。</p><p>7</p><p>牙龈、牙周炎患者(耳鸣、耳部感觉不适),在练功过程中会反复出现牙疼。重者是肾部不适,肾部刺痛、疼痛;如果这个时候你用打坐双盘试一试,肾部的不适会更加严重,这就是最好的证明。</p><p>8</p><p>肾病反应首先体现在牙或耳,这是最早的疾病信息,尤其是肾功能不全或肾衰者,如果你在这个时候站桩,祝贺你,你拯救了自己,剩下的就是继续。</p><p>9</p><p>肺结核、胸膜炎、肺气肿患者在此阶段会哮喘、胸部疼痛、肺部微量咯血。肠胃病患者在此阶段会反复出现肠胃不适,如胃胀、饱嗝、倒气、便秘等症状。肝炎等病患者在此阶段,其肝胆部位会反复疼痛,下肢肿胀。</p><p>10</p><p>膝关节受损、腰脊劳损、腰脊骨质增生、腰椎间盘突出、坐骨神经痛等患者在此阶段会反复疼痛。但是站桩对于这些症状可以用神奇来形容,这是我的亲身感悟,我曾经因为练习打坐膝关节受损,练习双盘腰部受损,但是,因为我在一直站桩,都一一的修复了,这是我的亲身体验。</p><p>11</p><p>肾结石、肾炎、泌尿系统等患者在此阶段会腰疼、小便多,小便时疼痛、小腹痛、关元不适等,如果结合艾灸,康复的效果就会锦上添花。 \n脚刺、脚鸡眼、脚垫,在此阶段会脚底板疼痛,不能站桩,不便走路。</p><p>12</p><p>心脏病、糖尿病、肾病、下肢关节炎患者在此时期会出现下肢肿胀,严重者鞋袜穿脱困难,这是气血回流受阻所致,经过多次反复后,肿胀消失 \n……总之,疾病反应早,就会早好,晚反应也好。没有反应不好,说明练功时间及功效不够。站桩没有反应、不好、没有效果,终极的原因在于你自身。</p><p>在疾病反应期间,一定要注意正确认识,要有信心。一定要继续下去,如果你就此放弃,那么这种疾病反应,就只能是以西药手术机械治疗或昂贵的生命代价来交换,这是必然的。</p><p>排病反应是一种正常生理变化的必然过程,一定要注意合理使用中西药、针灸、理疗、按摩等,利用中药、西药协助度过排病反应期是最佳的选择,也是最安全的选择。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>疾病反应期间,一定要放下思想包袱,根据自己的情况适量增加站桩时间,增加站桩时间要循序渐进,藉此震开病灶区,但是核心一定要根据自身的情况,循序渐进站桩,站桩也要有智慧,千万不要今天站桩、明天打坐、后天晃海、拉筋……否则功法多了也会害了你。</p>","status":0,"pv":1407,"link":"1","createdAt":"2020-07-26T03:39:19.000Z","updatedAt":"2024-12-21T03:57:18.000Z","field":{},"tags":[]}
