article------>{"id":704,"cid":1,"subCid":"","title":"新中国气功的辛勤开拓者 —— 怀念刘贵珍同志","shortTitle":"0","tagId":"","attr":"1","articleView":null,"source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"中国,古文明之邦。\n中国,古气功之乡。\n古气功源远流长,它是古文明的重要组成部分。","img":"","content":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">新中国气功的辛勤开拓者<span style=\"display: inline !important;\">—— 怀念刘贵珍同志</span></p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">李熏风</p><p>一</p><p>中国,古文明之邦。</p><p>中国,古气功之乡。</p><p>古气功源远流长,它是古文明的重要组成部分。</p><p>然而,在气功发展历史上,由于人类认识能力的限制和诸多的社会原因,气功常被视为旁门左道,横遭摧残。党的十一届三中全会以后,气功恰似枯木逢春,显示出来其内在的勃勃生机。今天面对百花争艳的大好局面,在欣喜之际,我们更加怀念那位新中国医疗气功的辛勤开拓者——北戴河气功疗养院前院长刘贵珍同志。</p><p>荒原,犹如撂荒,是需要人重新开拓的。刘贵珍同志就是这样一个辛勤开拓者。</p><p>二</p><p>刘贵珍是农家子,当过学徒,年轻时就参加了革命。在冀南行署工作的时候,由于积劳成疾身患胃溃疡、肺结核、胸膜炎、神经衰弱等多种疾病,体重仅36公斤,行走困难,命在旦夕。在残酷的战争年代,缺医少药,连止痛片都极为难得,又到哪里去寻良医求妙药呢?在刘贵珍同志的要求下,组织上派人用担架把他抬回老家——河北威县农村养病。</p><p>当死神在床前徘徊时,一个救星上门了。同村的远房叔叔刘渡舟先生,传给他不用医药的神功妙法——内养功,使他的各种疾病竟在102天内获得了痊愈,继而红光满面,青春焕发,重返岗位。</p><p>是内养功挽救了刘贵珍垂危的生命。从此,他与气功结下了不解之缘。</p><p>三</p><p>他以拓荒者精神开拓着气功荒原,对气功事业的发展做出了卓越的贡献。卓越贡献之一,是由实践到认识,确定气功名称,倡导气功疗法。</p><p>气功,我国最早不叫气功。在类书《道藏》里相当于气功的名词有几十种。仅《嵩山太无先生气经》,就有胀气、淘气、调气、咽气、行气、炼气、委气、闭气、六气、调气液、修真、修气等说法。</p><p>正式提到气功一词的,有《净明宗教录》的“气功阐微”。在《混元八景真经》中有《二气相合法兼结气功章》。1915年的《少林秘诀》,1929年《武术汇宗》,曾把气功作为武术基本功。1934年,杭州有《肺痨病特殊疗法——气功疗法》,l935年,上海有《气功治验录》。不过,这些均未引起人们的注意。</p><p>直到五十年代初,刘贵珍受组织委托在唐山筹建了气功疗养所,研究、应用和推广气功疗法,由于疗效显著,受到国家卫生部的表彰和奖励,其功法也向全国进行推广和普及。气功逐渐被人们所了解、所认识。他著作的《气功疗法实践》问世,气功一词得到了社会的公认。</p><p>刘贵珍以他的实践和著作,为新中国气功和气功疗法奠定了基石。</p><p>四</p><p>卓越贡献之二,是气功用于医疗实践,创建了气功疗养机构。</p><p>人们在掌握气功之后,一般多用于自身锻炼,而刘贵珍则是推己及人,用于济世救人。</p><p>1954年,创办唐山气功疗养所;1956年,创办北戴河气功疗养院;有了气功疗养设施,其意义是重大的:增添了医疗手段;充实和健全了医疗网络;密切结合临床开展实验研究;更好地发挥组织作用和示范作用。</p><p>在疗养院、所,刘贵珍率先垂范,亲身参与临床治疗。即使被贬为“庶民”期间,也常有“不速之客”在深夜敲门求“气”,使得广大患者深感气功疗法有起死回生之效。</p><p>五</p><p>卓越贡献之三,是组织气功队伍,培养气功人才。人才对事业发展,可以说是根本条件,甚至起着决定作用。</p><p>刘贵珍一开始就注意培养人才、壮大气功队伍的问题。1951年,在邢台干休所办了3期气功学习班。还把刘渡舟老师请来做辅导工作。在北戴河气功疗养院,办全国气功训练班,师资班有二十二个省市的学员参加。十年动乱后,缺乏专业人员辅导练功,办起气功速成训练班。每次办班要教会多种功法。刘贵珍深入实际,联系群众,亲自授课,解决实际问题。</p><p>为当地驻军开办学习班。</p><p>为秦皇岛群众讲课。</p><p>在此期间,一批又一批人才脱颖而出。使北戴河气功疗养院成为全国气功教学中心。伴随刘贵珍一起工作的田宏计、赵宝峰、李春才、张天戈等人,也都成了著名的气功专家。</p><p>六</p><p>卓越贡献之四,是重视民族文化,大量发掘传统气功遗产。</p><p>刘贵珍潜心涉猎文化典籍,尤其注意传统气功遗产的发掘整理。不拘一法,不抱门户之见。</p><p>初版《气功疗法实践》就着手发掘工作,再版时更增添了许多功法。先后介绍的除内养功(这是主要的)、强壮功、保健功、还有行步功、虚静功、太极内功、放松功、气动功、诱导功、九次呼吸法、丹田注气法、分症练功法、采太阳、观星望月等,而且用于临床实践,取得了满意的疗效。</p><p>几年来,发掘整理各种功法,成果辉煌。随着全国各地创办《气功》《中华气功》《东方气功》《中国气功》《气功与科学》《气功与体育》等刊物,大量刊登古典气功、民间气功。各种流派的气功,汇成了气功的海洋,每一种功法都是海洋中一朵闪着彩虹的浪花。气功文化是祖国独特的灿烂文化。</p><p>七</p><p>卓越贡献之五,是开展实验研究,提高气功科学水平。</p><p>刘贵珍在实践活动中,一开始就重视理论研究。</p><p>十年动乱后,在河北省举行的第一次气功经验交流会上做了《以中医理论为基础,加强气功机理研究工作》的报告。</p><p>1981年《气功疗法实践》再版前言,对“气功”与“气功疗法”的阐述比初版时谈的更准确、更全面了:我们认为,气功的“气”,不仅包括呼吸之气,也包括人体内的正气。在气功修炼中,可以使这种正气增强而治愈疾病,正气充沛后,体质得到了全面加强,脏腑功能也随之提高,从而又可以达到益寿延年的的目的。气功的“功”,是指练功的功夫。练气功没有功夫便不能取得很好的效果。“气功”这个词概括了静坐、吐纳、引导、内功等修炼方法。因为气功用于防病、治病,故名为“气功疗法”。</p><p>1982年《气功与科学》创刊,刘贵珍在《为揭示人类的生命奥秘做出贡献》一文中指出:“气功这门科学属于生命科学的范畴,其所涉及的科学很广,开展气功研究,仅停留在中医理论的水平上,是远远不够的,必须利用一切可以利用的现代科学技术,在对练功者进行人群、整体探索的同时,还要邃究其微观的奥妙。”</p><p>“未来的世纪是生命科学的世纪,气功是身心统一的整体科学,在生命科学中占有重要地位。因此,随着气功本质的揭示,对整个自然科学的推进,将产生深远的影响。”</p><p>“我们要以辩证唯物主义思想作指导,以现代科学技术手段,对气功进行全面的综合的研究。”</p><p>这些都是极为中肯的言论,有着方针、方向上的意义。</p><p>刘贵珍在实践上深入了,在理论上也提高了。在临终前,他还在考虑着编一部《气功辞海》。</p><p>八</p><p>卓越贡献之六,促进国际交流,赢得世界声誉。</p><p>中国气功本身具有鲜明的民族特色,具有非凡效果,自《气功疗法实践》出版,使湮没无闻的气功得到了发扬,在国内外产生了很大的影响,促进了国际交流。</p><p>美国哈佛医学院气功考察团先后来到北戴河气功疗养院,做了学术上的探讨。</p><p>气功,不仅属于中国,也属于世界。</p><p>刘贵珍对气功事业做出的开拓性贡献,是大有裨益于中国,也大有裨益于世界。</p><p>刘贵珍之所以能做出诸多贡献,最根本的,有两个方面的原因:</p><p>一方面是外在的原因——党的领导和支持。刘贵珍病好重返革命队伍后,党组织听取了他的汇报,就派他去从事气功的挖掘工作。随后又支持他建立气功疗养所,推行这种不打针、不吃药的神奇医疗技术。而在取得明显效果的时候,中央卫生部又给予了嘉奖和表彰。而当《气功疗法实践》即将问世时,谢觉哉老人亲自题词:“气功疗法,人人可行,不花钱,不费事,可以却病,可以强身,可以全生,可以延年。”这简短的几句话,揭示了气功疗法的可行性和有效性。</p><p>另一方面是内在原因——他具有革命者不断改革的开拓精神;他剔除了气功的糟粕,使之净化;他改革了单传、三不传的方式,使之大众化;他揭开了气功神秘的外衣,使之科学化。</p><p>气功,在沿着开拓者揭示的方向发展。</p><p>气功界,在沿着开拓者的足迹前进。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>气功事业,不仅是气功家的事业,它已经成为全民的事业,甚至将成为全人类的事业。</p>","status":0,"pv":1552,"link":"1","createdAt":"2020-06-23T05:45:40.000Z","updatedAt":"2024-12-21T20:49:15.000Z","field":{},"tags":[]}
