article------>{"id":685,"cid":1,"subCid":"","title":"抗疫,重新认识中医","shortTitle":"0","tagId":"","attr":"1","articleView":null,"source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"在这次抗击新冠肺炎疫情的举国动员和全民战斗中,中医药的确切疗效和中西医结合的治疗效果得到了充分的体现,让人们重新认识了中医。中医认为,想要健康,就要未病先防。《黄帝内经》早就提倡“圣人治未病”。所谓“治未病”,就是要注重中医养生,预防为主。中华民族源远流长,中医养生功不可没。","img":"","content":"<p>在这次抗击新冠肺炎疫情的举国动员和全民战斗中,中医药的确切疗效和中西医结合的治疗效果得到了充分的体现,让人们重新认识了中医。中医认为,想要健康,就要未病先防。《黄帝内经》早就提倡“圣人治未病”。所谓“治未病”,就是要注重中医养生,预防为主。中华民族源远流长,中医养生功不可没。</p><p>中医养生,可分为情志养生、起居养生、食疗养生、运动养生与节气养生。几千年来,以未病先防理念为基础的中医养生方法,极大地提高了人们预防疾病的能力。现在,我们就从这几个方面来谈谈中医养生的精髓。</p><p><b>情志养生</b></p><p>情志即人的情绪与情感变化所产生的心理活动的统称,具体表现就是人们常说的七情——喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊,正常情况下七情是人体的情志反映和生理需求,并不导致机体发病,只有在异常情况下才会演变成为致病因素。七情异常会影响脏腑气机导致气息升降,喜则气缓、怒则气上、忧(悲)则气消、思则气结、恐则气下、惊则气乱。表现在脏腑功能失调上,喜伤心、怒伤肝、悲伤肺、思伤脾、恐伤肾。所以,我们大家要不断修身养性,保持平和的心气,宁静方能致远,控制好自己的情绪,对身心健康就很有益处。</p><p><b>起居养生</b></p><p>中医认为起居只有与自然界阴阳消长的变化规律相适应,才能有益于健康。养生学家孙思邈指出,“善摄生者卧起有四时之早晚,兴居有至和之常制。”主要是指根据“天人相应”的思想,起居作息和日常生活的各个方面形成一定的规律,使其符合自然规律和人体的生理常度。一般晚上 \n9—10点睡眠为佳,早上6点左右起床为好。《素问上古天真论》指出:“食饮有节,起居有常,不妄作劳,故能形与神俱,而尽终其天年,度百岁乃去。”我们大家合理作息,就能保养神气,使人体精力充沛,生命力旺盛,面色红润,神采奕奕。</p><p><b>食疗养生</b></p><p>四气五味是中药药性理论的主要内容,是根据药物作用于人体所反馈出来的各种生理信息,经过长期临床实践中总结出来的规律。中医强调药食同源的重要性,因此食物同样有四气五味。四气是指食材具有寒、热、温、凉四种不同属性,当身体属于畏冷怕寒的寒凉体质,适宜食用温热性的食材,比如辣椒、胡椒粉、生姜、萝卜、大蒜、大葱、牛羊肉等;相反则适合食用寒凉的食材,比如绿豆、苦瓜、猪肝、牛奶、螃蟹、百合、木耳、菊花等。五味是指酸、苦、甘、辛、咸,适量的酸味食物有助于消化,苦味食物可以清火,甘味食物可以滋补,辛味食物可以祛寒湿,咸味食物可以软坚。这就要根据自己当下的身体情况,选择适合自己的饮食,平时特别应忌烟、限酒,控制油、盐和糖的摄入。</p><p><b>运动养生</b></p><p>运用传统的体育运动方式进行锻炼,以活动筋骨、调节气息、静心宁神来畅达经络,疏通气血,和调脏腑,达到增强体质,益寿延年的目的,这种养生方法称为运动养生,又称为传统健身术。早在数千年以前,体育运动就已经被作为健身、防病的重要手段之一而广为运用。我们大家要根据不同的季节与自身体能,科学正确地运动,才能有益于健康。每天最好保持散步 \n1 小时左右,不可过度疲劳。也可根据自己的爱好练习太极拳、易筋经、五禽戏、六字诀、八段锦等等,或者借鉴现代有氧运动进行适量运动。</p><p><b>节气养生</b></p><p>中医讲究和于阴阳、调于四时、身心合一。应根据不同的节气变化采取相应的养生方法,顺应“春生、夏长、秋收、冬藏”的自然规律,天人合一,以二十四节气养生为纵纲,以养生方法为横目,才能实现健康长寿的目的。比如春季,春季风邪吹之,易患关节炎、风疹。夏季湿毒侵入机体,易发湿疹、疲倦。秋季涼、干燥,易伤肺和脾胃。冬季寒冷之气,易伤肾和骨、手足麻木,多为寒症。在治则治法方面,采用热病寒治,可用凉寒之药;寒病热治,用温热之药。特别要注意的是,由于时节的变化,会促进一些疾病的发展恶化,比如胃肠炎、肝炎、高血压、心脏病、糖尿病、肿瘤等疾病,所以,在养生同时,一定要注意身体检查和及时治疗,防止恶性循环,危及健康和生命。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>(作者:王振国,主任医师,北京振国医院院长;刘飞燕,中国科普作家协会会员,北京生命科技产业协会副秘书长)</p>","status":0,"pv":1209,"link":"1","createdAt":"2020-04-22T06:17:36.000Z","updatedAt":"2024-12-22T21:08:55.000Z","field":{},"tags":[]}
