article------>{"id":510,"cid":12,"subCid":"","title":"禅境探真","shortTitle":"0","tagId":"","attr":"","articleView":null,"source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"","img":"","content":"<p>中国古人呢,曾经有很多很多跨越时空的描述,就是在古典的书籍之中,经常描述有一位修道的人,有一天莫名其妙地进入了一个特有的山洞,也许这个山洞就是一个外星人的诱惑,他在那里呆了一个礼拜,等他回到他的村子里头,大概过了三百年。这种传说呢,让读者读到的感觉,我个人读到这个故事的感觉,就是说“我相信是有的,只是不太容易理解”。所以在我很小的时候,我就有一种不同的世界就是有不同的时间的感受。那么我为什么会讲这个部分呢?</p><p>当我听到、看到这样的故事的时候,我觉得和我曾经进入禅修状态里头有一种感觉是非常类似的,很像。那么禅的这个方法,无论是通过观想、还是自我暗示、还是某种方法,只要进入了那种从身体的安静,到精神的安静,到没有思维的状态,乃至呼吸的次数(每一分钟呼吸的次数)也在慢慢减少之后(我说的不是死亡啊),次数减少,甚至是心跳都会减少。</p><p>就是我们通过禅修的这个训练呢,真的是慢慢地有很多东西可以适当的自我来把握和控制乃至调整。</p><p>第一层:</p><p>一开始是健康问题,当我们越修越修、越深入之后呢,我们开始,这是自然反应哈,那就产生了一些稍稍奇特的能量感觉、或者是智力反应的感觉。从最初的皮肤开始变光滑,到身体内部有好多奇特而又美妙的感受之后,再到了能量很充足,能力(就是我们的感官能力)就是更加比过去要强大很多。譬如说,有时候我们在修行之中,要想到桃花那个树林,桃花树林,遍地是桃花,桃花都开放了,我们在这个境界里就是想啊、想啊、想啊,我也想,应该很香甜,想着想着就:“哇,都是香的。”</p><p>所以当对宇宙的时空不同,我们这个时间、空间、感觉和寿命都发生了变化。类似宇宙空间的这个感觉呢,这些东西我时常体会到,它和禅不谋而合,禅是进入一种“静”的状态,我们描述“禅”的这个字,我们接下来翻译能从楼上跳下来,因为很难翻啊。</p><p>接下来第二层呢,是精神的、情绪的安静;</p><p>再到第三层,连安静本身这个意识、或者带着你走入安静的这个方法,那么都没有了,也可以称为叫做“深度的静”;</p><p>再到第四层吧,我只是大约了这么说哈,其实禅修的层次是很深的,不是分四层,这个时候把它压缩,第四层,一切都没有了,都消失了。这个一切都没有了,连自我的意识都没有了,你没有说:“啊,感觉好美妙啊”,这个不是第四层,你自我感觉好美妙最多是第三层,你还有存在的感觉、还有美妙的感觉、舒服的感觉、喜悦的感觉,这个时候还不是最深的,最深有一个字——叫做“定”,这个词英文里有吗?是种清静到什么都没有的状态。</p><p>为什么叫“定”啊,再有一种描述,叫做“假死”,虚假的一种死亡,呼吸有,但是很慢;脉搏也有,也很慢;甚至是有人在这种定静之中还不容易走出来,旁边有人摇晃都醒不了、旁边有人放歌声他也醒不了,所以古人把这个也称为叫做“魂飞天外”,说他的精神意识去到天堂遨游去了、去旅行去了,但是这些都是一种描述。那个状态,我很多次进入过,但是不容易进入,有时候,你越想进入越没有。</p><p>那是一种什么样的感受呢?是没有感受。比如说我现在,晚上十点钟开始坐禅,如果我眼前放一个大钟表,偶尔我就睁开眼睛悄悄看一下钟表,坐到十一点之后,我突然忘记了时间,但是当我开始醒来收功的时候,是凌晨五点钟。那么我在那个状态里头(就是没有时间概念的状态里头)有多久呢?应该最少有五个小时到七个小时之间,但是这五到七个小时,对于坐禅的人来说,等于这个时间你没有感受过,这个空的部分,叫做“定境”。这个定境的深度,比佛经之中《心经》的描述还要深。因为要不然无法描述,所以在《心经》里描述的那种清静的状态,其实是我刚才讲到第三层的禅到第四层两个混合体,有一种描述的时候,是我们在那个状态或者是接近那个状态的那种心路历程。我很多次的进入那个状态、那个边缘的时候,也就是我的大脑信号还有知觉的时候,我感受到的,比如像生命的起源,感受到的那个超越时空的那个宇宙空间的根源在哪里?我们今天说,不知道去怎样指一个方向说“它就是在那里”,无法说。说当你进入那个状态的时候,你自然就到了那个世界里,而并没有乘坐一个飞机、或者是一个运载你的机器、或者是一个运载你的神,都没有,是你自然就到了那个世界里头。</p><p>所以当你感受美妙的时候,只能说你在越来越靠近禅、越来越脱离很俗的人生。所以当到了那个定境或者是接近于定境的状态这个过程的时候,其实我们已经花了很多的时间来让自己慢慢地能够升华到这样的美妙的清静状态里头,所以想达到真正我说靠近于这个定境状态之前,有的人,我看古代的资料(修行大师的资料),有的人,就光靠近它的状态,要花五十年的功夫;快的人如果花五年,天天修、不做别的,天天修能达到的几乎都叫做圣人,很少有人达到。当贴近那个状态的时候,好多事情好像自然地就懂了。所以当你贴近这个状态,或者是超越这个状态,进入真正的深层的定境的时候,那么也许我们的大脑、我们的人体,因为进入这个状态而已经改变了、或者是生长了。比如说你在看见这个人、这个事情的时候,比如说看到这个人,你就可能感应到他在想什么;你看到这个植物的时候,就能想到他明天可能会发生什么;还有你看到这个人时,你知道他是来向你借钱的,你早点躲避;对,还有更神奇的,当然你如果真进入这个状态之后,如果你饿了,会莫名其妙的有人、或者有不知道谁给你的食物;如果你需要钱,也会有莫名其妙地你会得到这笔钱,不知道谁给的。有很多可以追究根源是谁拿来的,钱是一个物质、米饭也是一个物质,对不对?但是,它产生的时候、它来到你面前的时候,你不知道,所以很特别。科学家不知道怎么看待这个事情,也很少有科学家能够会因为真正修行的大师来做最精密的说法,科学对它的探索还是非常非常的边缘。</p><p>那么我们怎样才能慢慢进入那种定境呢?就是没有思考、没有感觉、没有意识、没有时间的感觉,其实我教大家修的观想大光明、静坐、念佛法、西藏大礼拜,都能进入这个状态,就是你有没有耐力走进去,走的这个过程还必须按照现在所要求的方法。如果我还没修过、我也没有修好,我就开始进入,今天我提示的所有的观想我都不想,我就想进入那个境,进入不了,就是你的整个生命需要一个观想和能量的基础。当有了那个基础你才能承受那个定境的,实际上是一种大能量。</p><p>那是一个极特殊的场,如果我们的生命没有这个承受力,如果你莫名其妙的进入那个场,有可能会被这个场(怎么讲)带给你的感受,你的生命不能承受它。不能承受它的时候,可能你的精神行为会出现错乱。所以我们想进入那样一种极深的禅境,反而是要每一步、一步踏实地修进去。当最踏实修进去之后,从观想地修,到自己莫名其妙地没有观想就进入这种清静的状态,那个清静状态极度美妙的。或者是有一天我放下修行,我就后面靠一个靠背垫子、底下坐一个坐垫、周围的环境都很好的时候,你在那打坐,就容易进入我刚才说的定境,这样是最安全的。所以一定要在这个基础、这个状态下,不可能我们突然间好像有一个飞机就把我们带到那个空间里去,带进去的飞机也都被烧坏了、人也被烧坏的,一定是这样子的,所以都是来自于踏踏实实的修。</p><p>那么在这种清静、定境的状态下,我觉得人类很莫名其妙地就好像与整个自然界发生了一种非常特别吻合的关系。当一旦和这个世界发生了一种深度吻合的时候,好像这个世界上好多过去从来没关心过的事情,你知道了、你了解了,你从来没有的能力你突然间拥有了。它就是这样一个极特殊的场,那么在这个场的作用下,最明显的就是你的智力发生了一个很大的改变。那么智力上发生改变,你的体能上一定是发生改变的。所以这样给大家做一个很深度的交流,就是我们在修禅法最深层的那个东西,是一个很不可思议的,但是并不是神秘到就是鬼、就是神,那个其实在禅的过程之中,你感受到、看到的那只是最多就是个中级,就是低的、中的、高的,所以能够感受到神鬼世界、或者能够驱使神鬼的时候,那最多也就是中到高级,在大的禅之中不算高的。</p><p>大禅境,就是“自我是神”,因为当你感受到宇宙生命、到宇宙的起源、到和整个世界融为一体的时候,这个世界其实是你能够去作用它。我说这个说法好深好深啊,也是英文很难翻译的一个词汇,如果你没有定力的人,你的心、你的意识、你的情绪由环境而改变,那句话叫做“心由境转”;当你的能量强大到相当大的程度,尤其是深入禅境之后达到定境之后,有一天有可能,你能做到环境和人事关系包括你的命运由你的意识来决定,你来决定、安排这个事情。</p><p>所以当在那个状态里走出来的人,还有对这种人的一种描述叫做“金口玉言”。“金口玉言”这个是很特别中国古老的词汇,也是对一种神圣的法力的描述。中国古人,把金口玉言,有人说是皇帝所说的叫金口玉言,因为皇帝的权利,这个第一个是权利,皇帝的权利;第二个,是皇帝本有的能量。 \n那么这种大场能的人,做为皇帝啊、到今天的总统啊、还有很知名的一些大的学者、乃至这种心志很强大的电影导演啊,他们身上都是有很强大的能量,还有就是很高官的那些大将军,也都是有这个能量。</p><p>当然现在很多人在研究人的命相,他用其他的方法,其他的方法也能可能察觉到,比如说长相啊、还有测的卦象啊,都可能能够总结出某个人生命的特性、脾气、命运,也是能察觉到的。</p><p>所以生命这个场,有的人是天生就有的,还有的人是说后天学习、再制造出来的。那么通过禅的这个场,就是我本人发现,它还真的很奇妙,就真的有一点像当代最大的科学家他们所推理和认为的那个宇宙空间好类似哦,非常类似。所以有空的时候,我再一次会带我们的同修们再学习一下《心经》里所描述的那种状态。所以在古代的时候,这一部经典它描述的那种禅认识世界和与世界合二为一的状态,是一种什么样的感觉,我们就体会到了。所以当真正进入禅之后,人就变得他的能量强大了、他的感受强大了;修得更好的人,那么他是可以对世界其实可以进行一些按照自己的意图会改变的。</p><p>我们想改变世界真的好难,但是能不能做得到呢?就是当你具有了那个能量,第一个你有那么大的权利、第二个你有那么多的钱、第三个你有那么大的智慧,就是可以的,就是世界因你而改变。先不说别的哈,不说政治家,说科学家,是不是,现在今天我们弄那个iphone、三星,那些手机那么先进,那不是科学家改变世界嘛!包括坐过飞机的,美国波音这帮工程师多厉害,对不对?我一直纳闷,那么大一个铁家伙,里头装那么多人,装那么多货,还能天上飞,那当然我最早的担心是几十年前的事情了,这么大个家伙载那么重,我就将近两百磅,有多少个我装在一个大箱子里还在天上飞,所以你细想想,越想越怕,最后干脆不想了,进入禅定,吓得不敢想了,真是厉害。所以你的智力够强大,也能改变世界。</p><p>好,但是通过禅的这个过程我那是说的最后一种状态。这个禅的状态是非常特别的。这个状态在听的时候,应该说很多朋友是第一次听描述,禅有这种状态啊?真的有。那个里面,你的个人的身体的反应有好多啊,太多太多了。我现在想起来,我曾经有一次那个反应,就是正在修炼“真火印”,就是坐在那儿,旁边都是被子,有几次我围着来打坐的被子、衣服啊,靠近皮肤的部分烧焦了。所以我轻易不对着大家打坐(哈哈哈),以避免影响你的眼睛,哈哈哈。</p><p>那么好,我还在想起来了,就是这个头啊,有一段时间修得头顶中间有一条直线,特别痛。我就想:“得什么病了?”有些中国人可能想到“是不是头受风了啊,是不是有一种风吹进去了?”我不知道,就会很痛,但是自己给自己推算之后,没有受风啊。是什么病呢?遗传的?我没有听说爸妈有头痛的病,怎么回事啊,不管它了。忍痛修,我有的时候就有一点犟脾气,我对着人可以服输,我不对着人的时候我很坚强。我拼命修、拼命修,到有一天,快吓死我了,就好像在我的头顶上,有一个下雨闪电打雷的声音,特别大的声音,“咣”一声响,哇,我整个身体好像自己被雷劈了一样,这种感觉,抖半天。等抖完,就说“坏了,把我的头劈个窟窿”,怎么头顶能呼吸呢?有相当一段时间、超过一年时间,头能呼吸。但是还发生一个被劈的现象,就是我看到周围的人都应该是熟悉的人啊,怎么就想不起他是谁来?当然幸亏之前我没借过什么钱,就想不起来,我就觉得他应该是我很熟悉,他是谁呢?就想不起来。这样的好像被雷劈的这种非常剧烈的这个声音,当然事实上天上是没有打雷,有三次,在我的小时候修行之中有三次。</p><p>但是大概从这些阶段之后,我所经历的都是很神奇的现象。就从那之后,这个手就变得很热,热到了我总想手里握个石头、握个金属,但是握个金属呢,手上就容易起红色的小斑点,因为对金属过敏了。因为之前想慈悲想慈悲,想到了连菜刀都害怕,见了菜刀那个金属的光芒一闪,哇,就好像有一把利剑刺心那种感觉,使得自己对金属器有排斥,但是手又很烫很烫。所以那个时候我经常出门之后最喜欢捡的就是石头。那个石头什么样的呢?鹅卵石,能握在手里的,我手里握着石头来消掉我手上的热量,就是这样。</p><p>所以中间发生的事情就太多了,所以我们想慢慢走入第四层,我刚才说的大约的定境的禅定,其实你要经过一个很漫长的路。这个路、这个过程之中,你能经历到你过去人生所没有经历的。我刚才讲过,你可能看到鬼、你可能看到神;你可能有一天被堕到地狱去感受一下痛苦;也许你在一个很热的空间里头你感觉自己进入一个冰柜,就是冷冻得冻得你受不了,但是你并没有感冒。简直是一个奇迹的体验的过程,你只有经过很深很深的让自己不可思议的、但是又痛苦不堪的,但也时常会发现莫名其妙的喜悦和自在的感觉,对,我们经过这样一个漫长的过程,最后才能达到那样一个定境。</p><p>所以我通常引导着大家,说如果你今天念咒语,很多我们华人,比如说念佛的名字、或者是咒语的时候,通常会心里有所祈求。 \n就是不求。你明明譬如说正在失业,你在念神的名字、佛的名字或者是念咒语,或者正在修一种法,大礼拜也好、八卦也好、做大光明也好,或者是静坐,就是不用自己要让你来帮助的这样一个想法,不要帮助、我只是歌颂,用歌颂和喜悦的心去面对你所崇拜的神佛,你会得到更多的帮助。就像我们布施一样,我们布施给别人什么我们会得到什么。我们对神敬、对佛敬,我们付出什么,我们还会得到什么。也就是自己没有一个请求的愿望,不请求,我还要歌颂和赞美,我们得到更多。就是用赞美的心、快乐的心去诵念,不要用祈求的心。我们最后就试一试,好吧。你不同信仰的人,也都可以在你的神前,如果你信的不是动物的话,信的是真正的神佛的话,是可以的。有些地区信一些动物,供一个蛇的像:“蛇啊,帮我偷点东西来吧”,你们是共犯,俩贼就是;有的人供猫,猫神,也还是共犯,就想着猫钻别人家窗户和门很方便,总想把别人家的财富偷到自己家来的,那是很低级的信仰,我不赞同,拿掉别人拥有的,那不是属于贼吗?这不叫信仰,这是很低级的谋生歪道,还不是正道。对于神灵级的,神佛级的才可以。用歌颂,而不用一种祈求帮助的心,就会更好。</p><p>今天听我聊天的人,之后一定会有些受益,会有好消息传给我。</p><p>这几天大家好好修。因为几天之中,我常常处在一种恍惚的状态,这个状态像今天描述那样,就像在一个深深的禅定之中,又好像在宇宙中的某一个极特别的这个地方,非常自在、非常特别,所以大家刚才在跟我一起,带大家诵念的时候,今天这个活动为什么说我来带领呢,大家跟我一起修的时候,我呢,把今天跟我一起修的人、或者将来有人有机缘看到这一段录像视频的人,带到了那个世界。</p><p>那我把大家带到那个世界,不是我观想出来的,我就是看到每一个人都是透明的。就是那种洁白感,就像西方人描述的那种天使,那么洁白、无暇,在禅修之中还有一个描述,叫做“无染”,就是没有污染的一种绝对纯真、纯净的那种生命状态,才是洁白透明的,都坐在那里一排一排。那个天国是哪里,我还得打听一下,我没顾上问。凡是能够观想把你带到那个世界里去的,在那个状态的,大家自然会得到很多的益处。就看那里的神啊、佛啊、菩萨啊,给我们哪些帮助。等明天、后天我还会带大家去,所以我能看到大家在那里,我想应该我们会得到更美好的不可思议的那种生命状态。最重要的就是我们健康、我们快乐,这是人生最重要的。无论我们贫富,我们都不一定快乐。因为没有修行,就不能解脱、不能超越。所以烦恼在每个人生阶段和每个人生的状态都会随之而来的。</p><p>但是今天我们的共修,这样一个神圣的旅程呢,能在宇宙那个世界里头、那个纯真洁净的世界里头,给大家一次,算是肤浅的信息,因为我们还有明天和后天,两个晚上在修。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>好,祝大家吉祥、自在。</p>","status":0,"pv":1452,"link":"1","createdAt":"2020-01-22T22:19:42.000Z","updatedAt":"2024-12-21T04:37:46.000Z","field":{},"tags":[]}
