道家养生长寿之心德

说起中国道教文化不得不谈起养生,养生长寿是道教的主要核心部分。养生长寿也是几千年来上至帝王将相,下至平民百姓梦美追求的向往。但现实生活中过百长寿之人为数不多,过半百发之人无病者也不多,那怎样达到健康长寿呢?我们中国道家文化中就已经积累了很多的宝贵经验和方法。

说起养生长寿,人们当然要想起,吃那种保健品或者采用何种锻炼方法,再者有病后应该选择那种治疗办法最为有效。然而,许多人却忽视了影响健康长寿的源头根本。人生在世在生活中修心养德,所以说修心养德是最好的养生保健。孔子说得好,修身齐家治国平天下。如果身修不好,后边的齐家治国平天下都是空谈梦想,而且给家庭、社会都会带来负担和麻烦。只有身体健康长寿了,才能实现人生理想。

道家的最高境界是养生,养生的最高境界是养心。就养生而言,下士养身,中士养气,上士养心。这里所谓的养心,不是指保护好心脏,而是指调控好心态,包括道德、思想、感情、情绪、意念,等等。

人的心态需要保持平和,犹如人的体温必须保持正常一样。在达观宁静的心境下,人体自身的免疫力、代谢力、康复力会得到最佳组合,各项机能阴阳平衡,和谐运行,精、气、神、形达到最佳境界。心灵平静了,心理就平衡,生理就稳定,病理就不发生,即使发生了,也能很快得以重新平衡。

中医学传统的观点认为,“怒伤肝、思伤脾、喜伤心、悲伤肺、恐伤肾”。它告诉人们,人的心理活动与人的生理功能之间存在着内在的必然联系。良好的情绪状态可以使人的生理功能处于最佳状态,反之则会降低或破坏人的某种功能或组织,引发各种疾病。我们知道“肝、脾、心、肺、肾”都是人的主要器官,是物质的东西;“喜、怒、哀、乐、悲、恐、惊”是人的情绪表现和条件反射,属于精神的范畴。科学把握和正确处理人体物质和人格精神的辩证关系,不仅是科学的“养生”之道,更是幸福快乐、益寿延年的关键。

何以养心,仁者见仁,智者见智,我们不妨从下列几个方面进探讨。关心贵在静心,心喜静,所以历代养生学家把清心寡欲、调养精神作为养心的主要内容。《素问·病机气宜保命集》云:“神太用则劳,其藏在心,静以养之。”所谓“静则藏神”、“静以养之”,是指神静,而不妄思,也要防止用神太过。《黄帝内经》云:“静则神藏,躁则神亡”,静则生阴,只有阴阳协调,才能保养心脏。情绪乃一身之主,人有七情,喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊,遇事即发,七情失调,心神则失去平和,过喜则伤心,过怒则伤肝,过忧则伤肺,过思则伤脾,过恐则伤肾。

一个人如果终日思前想后,欲望不止,难免会百病丛生,说不良情绪是疾病的催化剂一点也不会过分。要消防不良情绪,重要办法之一,就是要学会静心。

心静才能气顺,气顺才能健身。静心的最佳途径是炼心,静心的至高境界是乐心。静就是要人们在纷繁的世界里能够独自安静下来。静是一种心态,如老子说,“致虚极,守静笃。”是指不为名利所困扰的自然静,有助于神所内守。反之,神气的过用和躁动,为名利所诱惑,往往容易耗伤人的元气。因此,心静则神清,心定则神凝,心虚则神浮,心安则神全,有利于身体的健康。当外部环境和内心世界都能宁静自如时才能养心,心静神自安。静可以制怒,静可以除烦,静可以使意定神安。《内经》云:“恬淡虚无,真气从之,精神内守,病安从来。”恬淡就是思想上的安定;虚无是指没有患得患失的思想杂念,无恼怒和忧思与惊恐等。这句话告诉人们,思想上安定清静,没有贪念妄想,就会真气和顺,精神内守,体外没有邪气干扰,体内无情绪波动,人体和外界环境协调统一,体内的真气调和而没有损伤,精神充足而不外散,病邪就不可能侵犯人体,人就不会生病。

养心重在养神。天有三宝日月星,地有三宝水火风,人有三宝精气神。在人之三宝中,精要化为气,气要化为神;神是精气之和,神乃人之灵魂。所以,养心、静心、乐心,最终要归结到养神上来。神凝才能气定,气定才能心静。养神,说到底是要净化人的灵魂。如果你的灵魂始终是美丽的,那你就拥有了“不老之药”。神是人体生命的基础,是指人的生命力及其灵性和朝气。神在于养,情在于节,人的情志和形体是一个有机的整体,形以情来,寿随志定。情志是形体之根,内含精、气、神。而情志摄生最主要的为养神。

养神是人对自身的认识,是精神、认识、感情和思维方面的修炼。一般情况下,情志健康、无妄念的人,也是心理上最为健康的人。精神乐观、坦然,神思不变,气血就安然平静,就无害于脏腋功能,人就会远离疾病和衰老。人若多杂念,精神委靡,久而久之就会消弥正常的脏腑功能,气血运行失常,精神和身体得不到滋养,疾病随之而来。

养心务必养德,生活中能使人动心的东西太多了。但凡能让人动心的无不与名利得失密切相关。许多人心难静、气难顺、神难凝,均与此有着千丝万缕的联系。它告诫我们,养心务必养德。特别是面对物欲横流的“花花世界”,更应当把养德视养心之本。德高才能心静,德高才能神凝。养德最要紧的是自己不为名利得失所折磨。如果能做到视名利为草芥,视得失为无物,那就可以在快乐的天国里自由翱翔了。道德经云,天之道利而不害,人之道为而不争。夫为不争,天下莫能与之争,所以养德是终极养生,德是体现修身养性的最高标准,只要尊道贵德,就能达到道家所说的境界,长生久视之神仙之境。按照道的法则去做,以德的规范方法努力修行,就会达到道家所说的,我命在我不在天,尊享天年。

article------>{"id":137,"cid":12,"subCid":"","title":"道家养生长寿之心德","shortTitle":"0","tagId":"","attr":"2","articleView":null,"source":"网络","author":"季工","description":"养生长寿是道教的主要核心部分","img":"","content":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">澳大利亚 季工</p><p>说起中国道教文化不得不谈起养生,养生长寿是道教的主要核心部分。养生长寿也是几千年来上至帝王将相,下至平民百姓梦美追求的向往。但现实生活中过百长寿之人为数不多,过半百发之人无病者也不多,那怎样达到健康长寿呢?我们中国道家文化中就已经积累了很多的宝贵经验和方法。</p><p>说起养生长寿,人们当然要想起,吃那种保健品或者采用何种锻炼方法,再者有病后应该选择那种治疗办法最为有效。然而,许多人却忽视了影响健康长寿的源头根本。人生在世在生活中修心养德,所以说修心养德是最好的养生保健。孔子说得好,修身齐家治国平天下。如果身修不好,后边的齐家治国平天下都是空谈梦想,而且给家庭、社会都会带来负担和麻烦。只有身体健康长寿了,才能实现人生理想。</p><p>道家的最高境界是养生,养生的最高境界是养心。就养生而言,下士养身,中士养气,上士养心。这里所谓的养心,不是指保护好心脏,而是指调控好心态,包括道德、思想、感情、情绪、意念,等等。</p><p>人的心态需要保持平和,犹如人的体温必须保持正常一样。在达观宁静的心境下,人体自身的免疫力、代谢力、康复力会得到最佳组合,各项机能阴阳平衡,和谐运行,精、气、神、形达到最佳境界。心灵平静了,心理就平衡,生理就稳定,病理就不发生,即使发生了,也能很快得以重新平衡。</p><p>中医学传统的观点认为,“怒伤肝、思伤脾、喜伤心、悲伤肺、恐伤肾”。它告诉人们,人的心理活动与人的生理功能之间存在着内在的必然联系。良好的情绪状态可以使人的生理功能处于最佳状态,反之则会降低或破坏人的某种功能或组织,引发各种疾病。我们知道“肝、脾、心、肺、肾”都是人的主要器官,是物质的东西;“喜、怒、哀、乐、悲、恐、惊”是人的情绪表现和条件反射,属于精神的范畴。科学把握和正确处理人体物质和人格精神的辩证关系,不仅是科学的“养生”之道,更是幸福快乐、益寿延年的关键。</p><p>何以养心,仁者见仁,智者见智,我们不妨从下列几个方面进探讨。关心贵在静心,心喜静,所以历代养生学家把清心寡欲、调养精神作为养心的主要内容。《素问·病机气宜保命集》云:“神太用则劳,其藏在心,静以养之。”所谓“静则藏神”、“静以养之”,是指神静,而不妄思,也要防止用神太过。《黄帝内经》云:“静则神藏,躁则神亡”,静则生阴,只有阴阳协调,才能保养心脏。情绪乃一身之主,人有七情,喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊,遇事即发,七情失调,心神则失去平和,过喜则伤心,过怒则伤肝,过忧则伤肺,过思则伤脾,过恐则伤肾。</p><p>一个人如果终日思前想后,欲望不止,难免会百病丛生,说不良情绪是疾病的催化剂一点也不会过分。要消防不良情绪,重要办法之一,就是要学会静心。</p><p>心静才能气顺,气顺才能健身。静心的最佳途径是炼心,静心的至高境界是乐心。静就是要人们在纷繁的世界里能够独自安静下来。静是一种心态,如老子说,“致虚极,守静笃。”是指不为名利所困扰的自然静,有助于神所内守。反之,神气的过用和躁动,为名利所诱惑,往往容易耗伤人的元气。因此,心静则神清,心定则神凝,心虚则神浮,心安则神全,有利于身体的健康。当外部环境和内心世界都能宁静自如时才能养心,心静神自安。静可以制怒,静可以除烦,静可以使意定神安。《内经》云:“恬淡虚无,真气从之,精神内守,病安从来。”恬淡就是思想上的安定;虚无是指没有患得患失的思想杂念,无恼怒和忧思与惊恐等。这句话告诉人们,思想上安定清静,没有贪念妄想,就会真气和顺,精神内守,体外没有邪气干扰,体内无情绪波动,人体和外界环境协调统一,体内的真气调和而没有损伤,精神充足而不外散,病邪就不可能侵犯人体,人就不会生病。</p><p>养心重在养神。天有三宝日月星,地有三宝水火风,人有三宝精气神。在人之三宝中,精要化为气,气要化为神;神是精气之和,神乃人之灵魂。所以,养心、静心、乐心,最终要归结到养神上来。神凝才能气定,气定才能心静。养神,说到底是要净化人的灵魂。如果你的灵魂始终是美丽的,那你就拥有了“不老之药”。神是人体生命的基础,是指人的生命力及其灵性和朝气。神在于养,情在于节,人的情志和形体是一个有机的整体,形以情来,寿随志定。情志是形体之根,内含精、气、神。而情志摄生最主要的为养神。</p><p>养神是人对自身的认识,是精神、认识、感情和思维方面的修炼。一般情况下,情志健康、无妄念的人,也是心理上最为健康的人。精神乐观、坦然,神思不变,气血就安然平静,就无害于脏腋功能,人就会远离疾病和衰老。人若多杂念,精神委靡,久而久之就会消弥正常的脏腑功能,气血运行失常,精神和身体得不到滋养,疾病随之而来。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>养心务必养德,生活中能使人动心的东西太多了。但凡能让人动心的无不与名利得失密切相关。许多人心难静、气难顺、神难凝,均与此有着千丝万缕的联系。它告诫我们,养心务必养德。特别是面对物欲横流的“花花世界”,更应当把养德视养心之本。德高才能心静,德高才能神凝。养德最要紧的是自己不为名利得失所折磨。如果能做到视名利为草芥,视得失为无物,那就可以在快乐的天国里自由翱翔了。道德经云,天之道利而不害,人之道为而不争。夫为不争,天下莫能与之争,所以养德是终极养生,德是体现修身养性的最高标准,只要尊道贵德,就能达到道家所说的境界,长生久视之神仙之境。按照道的法则去做,以德的规范方法努力修行,就会达到道家所说的,我命在我不在天,尊享天年。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":1564,"link":"1","createdAt":"2018-07-04T17:55:45.000Z","updatedAt":"2024-12-21T04:38:59.000Z","field":{},"tags":[]}
