有句话说“求医不如求己”。因为“人体自有大药”。

生活中,人们已经习惯了一生病就看医生,打针,吃药。特别是城里人,尤其如此。人体真的这么脆弱吗?假如你不小心手划破一个口子,你能做什么呢?即使看医生也只是涂上消毒液再用纱布包扎好而已,其余的什么也没做。

接下来伤口的愈合乃至于恢复到完美的状态,就是身体自己的事了。小到皮肤划伤,大到手术创口,无一不是如此。人体蕴藏有巨大的自愈潜能,正是这种不依靠任何外力的人体自愈能力,人类才能在恶劣环境下得以进化生存。

漫长的生命进化过程中,人类自己战胜过多少疾病?不计其数。即使是现在,还有相当一部分地区的百姓过着缺医少药的生活,这些贫苦百姓有病主要还是靠身体的自愈而生存。

接下来我们一起来认识一下神奇的“人体自愈能力”。

身体靠什么自愈呢?古有“天有三宝日月星,地有三宝水火风,人有三宝精气神”的说法,人体自愈靠的就是“精、气、神”。 从中医的非药物疗法上看,针灸、按摩、导引、气功、拔罐、放血、刮痧等等所有这些方法都是在做同一件事情:就是借助一种方法疏通人体经络,使气血在人体内循环畅通。从生命角度看,生命可以分为“形”与“神”两个部分。

精、气、血、津液等人体基本精微物质组成了人的“形”,而人的精神、意识、思维活动等生命的主宰则称之为“神”。

故有“无形则神无以附,无神则形无以活”、“形为神之宅,神为形之主”、“形与神俱,则寿蔽天年”之说。生命物质起源于“精”,生命能量有赖于“气”,生命活力表现为“神”。 生命能量赖以存在的“气”,主要是指人体的元气。元气是维持人体组织器官生理功能的基本物质,是人体生命力状态的综合反应。

元气充足的人,对外界气候冷热变化有较强的适应能力,即使受到风、寒、湿、邪的侵袭,也有充沛的自我修复能力。

而元气不足的人,身体缺少了“战斗力”,对外界不良侵袭会特别敏感,也很难把“不良分子”赶出去。

加上很多不良情绪、不良习性对身体造成的伤害,久而久之的积淀就会出现失眠多梦,醒来无力,经常感冒,面色无华,头晕头痛、四肢倦怠等症状,这就是很多人忽视的“亚健康”状态。

此时的身体虽然没有“器质性病变”反应,但主观上却有许多不适的症状表现和心理体验。人们总是很精心地为自己的爱车定时保养,但却忽略了为自己的身体这部“生命之车”保养。长期透支生命的结果,就是“半百而衰”。 实际上,每个人都可以调动自身的潜能治病。站桩,正是通过“固本培元”的方式调动人体自身的潜能。只需简简单单的一站,身体内部微循环就会产生刚柔幷济、虚实相生、动静相宜、松紧有度、错综为用的作用。 给大家举个例子来说明。北方冬季取暖用的暖气管道,用的时间久了,管道转弯处最容易堵塞。这时最直接有效的办法,就是给管道注水打压,冲刷淤堵垃圾。

假如压力不足,淤堵就很难冲开;压力加到足够大,管道淤积自然会疏通。假如把人体的经络血脉比喻成暖气管道,人体的双胯、膝盖、脚踝、臂肘等大关节就像管道转弯处一样容易受风、寒、湿、邪等侵害而形成淤堵。

气血运行不畅,人体就会有肿、胀、痛、麻、凉、酸、板七种感觉,这就是为什么说“痛则不通,通则不痛”的道理。

站桩,就是通过培补“元气”给人体“打压”,使其形成内向的一种“冲击力”。压力充足,人体就会气血畅通,自愈潜能就会增强,所有不适症状也会自然消失。 简单的道理告诉我们,站桩是一种既能治“已病”又能治“未病”的不花钱的养生法,更是现代人摆脱亚健康状态的最简单的养生法。 或许你会认为,站桩就是蹲马步,有这么神奇吗?其实站桩有很多门派种类,蹲马步只是站桩的一种。

一,站桩:最独特的修炼方法

今天我们要讲的东西非常有用,非常实际,而且是非常非常重要的,几乎是所有的现代人都必须学会的一个东西,就是站桩。

站桩是武术中最独特的修炼方法。它是以静站的方法养练气息,增强力量,锻炼周身气血的活畅,达到强身、健身、养身、防身的目的。

站桩的桩字取义于“桩”,它的意义在于:一方面是说像“树桩”那样静止稳定不动,在不动中修炼内脏气息的调动,锻炼劲力的增长,即所谓“静中求动”;

另一方面则是说通过桩功的锻炼,气息调动了,劲力增长了,下盘能够像桩那样稳固不动。所以不论什么拳种几乎都得“练功先站桩”。长年站桩,会感觉气血增加。内气饱满,元气充盈!

站桩疗法的最大特点就是无副作用,不论室内室外,摆好姿势,站立不动,犹如树桩,自然呼吸,全身保持“松而不懈,紧而不僵”的状态,从而达到“提挈天地,把握阴阳,呼吸精气,独立守神,肌肉若一,此其道生”的境地。

二、站桩:激发身体能量

你可以去跑步,你可以去爬山,你可以去举杠铃,各种各样的机械性的活动,它会强壮你的肌肉、骨骼、筋骨,但它和站桩的差别是,它无法产生你的磁场

而站桩,它不但可以激发你的骨骼,你的肌肉,你的筋骨,并且由于它是不动的,站着不动的,那些能量没被挥发掉,

所以那些能量渐渐地形成一个磁场,而你走路,你是在挥发你的能量,如果能量不被挥发,它会渐渐积累起来,会形成一个包围你的堡垒,这就是站桩和其它机械运动、体育运动的差别,它会形成一个磁场,一个气场。

站桩是创造自身生物能量变大的一个极大的放大器。站桩实际上意味着你在把你的身体磁场能量放大,你甚至能感觉到这种放大。

古人把这个磁场叫做气场。如果你站桩够久,超过一年,你甚至能够把个人的磁场发射出去,就好像你开始变成一个原生磁铁,以至于你站久以后有了磁性。

本来你是一个铁块,没有吸力的,你站久以后,这个磁场变得扩大超出身体了,你这个铁变成一个有吸力的磁铁,你甚至可以把那个磁性暂时性释放出去,你开始吸引别的铁块,没有磁性的铁块都会被你吸住,你的磁场可以影响他人的磁场,因为你的磁场比他人更强。这在古老的道家里,叫作内气外放

站桩为什么会让你身体更健康就是这个原因。你在锻炼你身体内部最核心的这股磁场,而最核心的这股磁场永远是健康的,你在扩大它,在人为地激发它。

三、站桩的境界、精要及需注意的问题

1、站桩的境界

那么如何站桩呢?站桩很神秘吗?其实所有的桩位无非是让你在那个姿势当中保持不动,并且在那个姿势当中感受到压力。据说达摩当时讲了一句话:

外歇诸缘,内心无喘,心如墙壁,可以入道。

就是把外在吸引你的这些全部关闭,你内在的思想也不像呼吸喘气一样来来回回地运动,也就是没有过多的杂念。外面断除干扰,内心如明镜,心像墙壁一样平静,你就可以入道了。

2、 站桩精要

(1)站出身体强度

简单姿势就是双腿宽于肩膀一点点,膝盖不要超过脚尖,臀部后坐,重心在涌泉穴到后脚跟中间的这部分区域,越往后压力越大,后背挺直,臀部后坐,这样你的腿部压力就大了。

要弯曲你的膝盖,不要让它超出你的脚尖,重心向后移,涌泉穴以后到脚跟的区域,如果落在后脚跟那最好了。打坐站桩,落在后脚跟,你的向下的重心的位置是最累的,越累你的身体就越容易被激发,所以当你的两脚越抖,越是意味着你在创造磁场,创造能量

(2)坚持

每天站,特别是开始的时候,真的是件很枯燥乏味的事情。能每天坚持30分钟以上,有个二十天左右站桩的好处你自己就能体会到了。刚开始的时候觉得轻松,但时间一长,双腿痛苦不堪,酸麻难忍。但这时候应该坚持下去,每日增加时间。

养成习惯后你会觉得站桩是一件享受的事。一开始站桩可能抖得厉害。

3、站桩需要注意问题

不要在饭后半小时内站,你的胃需要时间消化,在胃劳动的时候你最好不要站桩。

早晨和下午站桩是比较好的,睡觉前不宜站桩,因为睡觉前站桩你会太兴奋,影响睡眠。

站桩是一个日积月累的过程,感受身体在过程中的变化,感知内心的安定。
