初学气功要注意哪些事项

「导读」初学气功要注意的事项

首先,初学者要对气功有一个正确的认识。气功是一种需要长期坚持的自我心身锻炼方法,也就是说学习气功时要循序渐进,不能急于求成;那种指望通过突击,一蹴而就的方式是不可能学好气功的。也不能错误地认为气功可以包治百病,并因此完全放弃其它治疗手段。气功疗法既有它的适应症,也有它的局限性。有的病可以气功疗法为主,有的病只能以气功疗法为辅。练功过程中要发挥自己的主观能动性,对练功时尤其是学功初期出现的种种困难要有充分的思想准备,并积极地去解决这些问题。

其次应找合格的气功医师指导入门。这样由于方法得当,可以少走弯路。没有气功医师指导,往往因不得要领而出现虽练功时间长,但收效不大的结果。另外,有气功医师指导,能防止偏差或发生练功“走火”现象,无师练功易出偏,这就不但不得其效,反损其身。如果无机会在老师指导下练功,可与有关疗养院、门诊所等气功医疗单位取得书面联系,以函授方式代替亲自指点。但一定要认真领会练功要领,格外小心,有问题及时请教,及时解决。

另外,初学者要根据自己的疾病种类、病情轻重选择适合自己的功法,辨证施功,方可见效快。一般说来,各功法都有相应的适应症。某些功法对某些病的疗效更好些,选择对了,可以收到事半功倍的效果。例如病重老人可选卧功、坐功,病轻者可选站立、行走的功法,老年人可选养气功,不同内脏的病变,也可选用相应的加强内脏功能锻炼的功法。

一般说来,选好功法后,就应潜心练习,不宜同时练多种功法。如果朝三暮四,几种功法互相影响,会影响练功效果,容易出偏。

在初学阶段,要按照练功要领和注意事项循序渐进地把基本功练好。切不可东看看,西问问,把时间花费在“寻奇求新”上。因为在基础不稳,或是根本还没入门的情况下看多了,问多了(例如看了许多练功方法,问了许多练功效应和变化)非但无益,反而可能造成自己在练功认识上的混乱,影响练功。

其它的注意事项,如时间的安排要根据自己的身体、工作情况灵活安排;练功环境要安静,空气要清新。练功期间性生活要有节制,尤其是重病人更要注意。妇女经期练功时间不宜过长,暂停运动量大的功法,不要意守下窍,也不要向下体引导过多的意念活动。

最后,要科学地安排生活,疾病的痊愈、疗效的巩固和健康的保持,有赖于许多因素,除坚持练功外,还要注意精神方面的修养,科学合理地安排生活和其它治疗方法的配合使用等。

练功注意事项

练功前

1、要作好练功的思想准备,使情绪安定下来。

2、练功的周围环境要保持安静。

3、练功时,光线要调整好,不可光线太强,避免刺激双目。空气要流通,但须避免直接吹风。

4、如有较明显的局部疼痛不适等症状影响练功进行,可先采取一些对症治疗措施,使症状缓解,再开始练功。

5、练静功时,应事先准备好卧功、坐功的床和椅。床一般用木板床为宜,易固定身体不摇晃。坐椅要高低适宜,使腿近于平行,臀部下面一般要加软垫或毛毯等,以利久坐而不易疲劳。

6、宜先排除大小便,以便舒适入静。

7、宜宽衣松带,练功服装以宽松为宜,除去手表、眼镜等饰物。

8、练静功前,可先做几节保健功如叩齿、练舌、摩腹等,可以帮助集中思想。

练功中

1、练功中如杂念过多,无法排除时,可暂停练功,使身体活动一下或做几节动功,可帮助排除杂念,待杂念减少后再练功。

2、对练功中产生的各种特殊感觉,应不追求、不恐惧,听其自然出现和消失。对某些特殊感觉的产生有疑问时,可于练功后向气功指导人员反映,以求解决。

3、如练功中突然发生巨响,切不要惊慌。若练静功,可暂停练功,做一下三线放松功后再继续练。若练动功,稍为镇静一下,即可继续练原来的功法。

练功后

练功结束时,练静功者由静到动,练动功者由动到静,都要有“收功”的缓和过程,不可突然停功,以免感觉不适。具体做法是:先作全身恢复正常活动的思想准备,约l~2分钟。然后慢慢地睁开眼睛,活动一下肢体,两手心相对揉擦,待两手擦热后由头面至颈至腹,做一次全身按摩,再转入正常活动。

此外,妇女月经期间可停止练功数日。或在练功时,将腹式呼吸改为自然呼吸,将意守下丹田脐下改为意守中丹田膻中,这样可减少因练功而引起的经期延长和经量增多。男性练功者应正确对待练功中的“精满自遗”现象。如遗精次数过频,每周超过2次以上,可适当采取药物治疗和采用“提撮抵闭”的治疗方法,或用兜擦功,使遗精次数减少。练功期间,还应避免性生活过多,防止消耗精力,损伤元气。另须注意饮食清淡,避免刺激性食物,以及保证充足睡眠。

修德练性

各家气功都有注重功德、注重武德、医德的规定和理论,尽管各有所长,各有侧重,但大致观点是一致的。从这点来看,可知注重修德练性也是各家气功修炼的重要内容。

现代修炼之人多数注重功法的一招一式,对“以德培道”之重要性认识不清,故不能持之以恒去修炼,因而达不到预期目的,因此说修德练性,第一要做的就是:要悟清修德练性的重要性,第二要注重自身的一言一行的修炼,第三要在现实生活的矛盾中修炼自己,而不是躲到深山老林中躲避现实,回避矛盾地修炼。因为现在是气功大普及的时代,回避现实的修炼是无法修炼好的。一旦遇到考验,原来所持的水平可能应付不了,也可能做不到道德的标准。因此应当有敢于入污泥和出污泥而不染的莲花精神;别人贪,我不贪,并且反对别人贪;别人做坏事,我不做,并且反对别人做坏事,既使吃亏也甘心。这样才能真的心净和心静。不随波逐流,不人云亦云,才能按照真道德修炼,才能练成真功夫。 要想修德练性,应认识和注重以下几点:

1.不贪名,不贪利,不贪身外之物

贪为练功之大忌。名利地位直接影响着人的物质生活,人们难与钱财完全断绝关系。练功人除却正常的物质生活,不可多贪。有得必有失,贪了不该得的东西,必有原来不该失的东西失去。人的时间精力是有限的,为贪名利花耗了时间和精力,必然在学业上少花时间,也必然耗费精气神。练功人要去掉贪心,能知足常乐,有取有舍,对身外之物(名利、地位、财产等)看得很轻,不在乎,这样才能练好功。

2.练一身正气,没有邪念

练气功道德要学会做人。人正,气才正。人有一身正气,没有邪念,才能练好功。懒、馋、色、名、利、嫉妒等均为邪念。

3.言必信,行必果,讲真话才能做真人

练功人要做到言行一致,言必信,行必果,对小孩子讲话也应如此才行。一滴水可以见太阳。从一件小事就可以看出人讲不讲信用,讲不讲真话。练功人要练到古人之质朴,哪能有虚伪、讲假话、言而无信之举?说真话、办真事、守信用,才有可能练成真人。

4.讲医德,发扬人道主义

练气功能为人解除痛苦,有功能者应发扬人道主义治病救人,不可以功能谋取暴利,乘人之危。应多行善事,助人为乐,不断建功立德,把从气功收来的钱用在发展气功事业上,多建功德才是修炼长功的正道。

5.不恃强凌弱,不以功欺负别人

气功界中常有门户之见,好斗、好争是无德的表现。有人恃强凌弱,无非为了证明我比你高明,我这个功比你那个功高明。在气功会上打来打去,在别人做实验时他去干扰。殊不知真人不露相,露相非真人。他欺负比他弱的,可有高手来打抱不平,这种人就受惩罚了。因此有德之人不以强凌弱,谦虚、谨慎,虚心向别人学习,以礼貌待人。尊重别人,别人才尊重你。广结善缘,多帮助别人,才能有宁静,才能练好气功。

6.胸怀宽广,性情似水

胸怀博大、心胸开阔的人能原谅别人,能容忍别人。这种人站得高,看得远,不计较小事。即使反对过自己的人也能注意团结他们一道工作。性情柔似水,待人和气,遇事不急、不怒。能谦让、能委曲求全,甚至能以德报怨,这样才能练出涵养性,练出高尚道德来。

7.尊敬师长,虚怀若谷

尊师是美德。一日为师,终身为父。把老师当父母才对。有的人求师时甜言蜜语,过后认为自己高明了,可以骂老师,可以剽窃老师的功法出书、赚钱。这种人连起码的人格都没有,更谈不上当练功人。有的人认为自己老子天下第一,谁也比不上他。骄傲自满,狂妄自大,不知天外有天。真人不露相,总有高人在后头。练功须知这个道理,坚持谦虚待人,虚怀若谷才能学到东西,才能不断提高。

8.遇事能解,不生真气。

修德练性好的人没有私利,遇到什么生气的事、难事都能看到事的发展的另一面,都能泰然处之。因为他们德高、有知识,懂得辩证法,故遇事能按宇宙规律去分析,懂得真道理,遇事就都能解得开,不生真气。能不能解难事,有没有函养性,也是检验一个人修德练性程度的标准。故在修炼过程中总会有许多事来磨炼,要耐心耐烦地受磨炼,认真地修炼自己才有希望练好。

9.乐善好施,像水一样养万物而不求报

道德高尚的人对别人总想给予,无道德的人总想多贪别人的;“我的是我的,别人的也是我的。”德高之人乐善好施,以助人为快。像水一样养万物而不求报。水中养了很多很多的微生物、植物、动物,可谓养了万物。但水不求报答,它无所求。道德高尚的人就像水一样尽量帮助别人,但不求报答。因为他做好事没有想到别人的回报,也没有想到为自己建功德,这时德才真正高了。

article------>{"id":100,"cid":13,"sub_cid":"","title":"初学气功要注意哪些事项","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"2","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"初学气功要注意的事项","img":"","content":"<p>首先,初学者要对气功有一个正确的认识。气功是一种需要长期坚持的自我心身锻炼方法,也就是说学习气功时要循序渐进,不能急于求成;那种指望通过突击,一蹴而就的方式是不可能学好气功的。也不能错误地认为气功可以包治百病,并因此完全放弃其它治疗手段。气功疗法既有它的适应症,也有它的局限性。有的病可以气功疗法为主,有的病只能以气功疗法为辅。练功过程中要发挥自己的主观能动性,对练功时尤其是学功初期出现的种种困难要有充分的思想准备,并积极地去解决这些问题。</p><p>其次应找合格的气功医师指导入门。这样由于方法得当,可以少走弯路。没有气功医师指导,往往因不得要领而出现虽练功时间长,但收效不大的结果。另外,有气功医师指导,能防止偏差或发生练功“走火”现象,无师练功易出偏,这就不但不得其效,反损其身。如果无机会在老师指导下练功,可与有关疗养院、门诊所等气功医疗单位取得书面联系,以函授方式代替亲自指点。但一定要认真领会练功要领,格外小心,有问题及时请教,及时解决。</p><p>另外,初学者要根据自己的疾病种类、病情轻重选择适合自己的功法,辨证施功,方可见效快。一般说来,各功法都有相应的适应症。某些功法对某些病的疗效更好些,选择对了,可以收到事半功倍的效果。例如病重老人可选卧功、坐功,病轻者可选站立、行走的功法,老年人可选养气功,不同内脏的病变,也可选用相应的加强内脏功能锻炼的功法。</p><p>一般说来,选好功法后,就应潜心练习,不宜同时练多种功法。如果朝三暮四,几种功法互相影响,会影响练功效果,容易出偏。</p><p>在初学阶段,要按照练功要领和注意事项循序渐进地把基本功练好。切不可东看看,西问问,把时间花费在“寻奇求新”上。因为在基础不稳,或是根本还没入门的情况下看多了,问多了(例如看了许多练功方法,问了许多练功效应和变化)非但无益,反而可能造成自己在练功认识上的混乱,影响练功。</p><p>其它的注意事项,如时间的安排要根据自己的身体、工作情况灵活安排;练功环境要安静,空气要清新。练功期间性生活要有节制,尤其是重病人更要注意。妇女经期练功时间不宜过长,暂停运动量大的功法,不要意守下窍,也不要向下体引导过多的意念活动。</p><p>最后,要科学地安排生活,疾病的痊愈、疗效的巩固和健康的保持,有赖于许多因素,除坚持练功外,还要注意精神方面的修养,科学合理地安排生活和其它治疗方法的配合使用等。</p><p>练功注意事项</p><p>练功前</p><p>1、要作好练功的思想准备,使情绪安定下来。</p><p>2、练功的周围环境要保持安静。</p><p>3、练功时,光线要调整好,不可光线太强,避免刺激双目。空气要流通,但须避免直接吹风。</p><p>4、如有较明显的局部疼痛不适等症状影响练功进行,可先采取一些对症治疗措施,使症状缓解,再开始练功。</p><p>5、练静功时,应事先准备好卧功、坐功的床和椅。床一般用木板床为宜,易固定身体不摇晃。坐椅要高低适宜,使腿近于平行,臀部下面一般要加软垫或毛毯等,以利久坐而不易疲劳。</p><p>6、宜先排除大小便,以便舒适入静。</p><p>7、宜宽衣松带,练功服装以宽松为宜,除去手表、眼镜等饰物。</p><p>8、练静功前,可先做几节保健功如叩齿、练舌、摩腹等,可以帮助集中思想。</p><p>练功中</p><p>1、练功中如杂念过多,无法排除时,可暂停练功,使身体活动一下或做几节动功,可帮助排除杂念,待杂念减少后再练功。</p><p>2、对练功中产生的各种特殊感觉,应不追求、不恐惧,听其自然出现和消失。对某些特殊感觉的产生有疑问时,可于练功后向气功指导人员反映,以求解决。</p><p>3、如练功中突然发生巨响,切不要惊慌。若练静功,可暂停练功,做一下三线放松功后再继续练。若练动功,稍为镇静一下,即可继续练原来的功法。</p><p>练功后</p><p>练功结束时,练静功者由静到动,练动功者由动到静,都要有“收功”的缓和过程,不可突然停功,以免感觉不适。具体做法是:先作全身恢复正常活动的思想准备,约l~2分钟。然后慢慢地睁开眼睛,活动一下肢体,两手心相对揉擦,待两手擦热后由头面至颈至腹,做一次全身按摩,再转入正常活动。</p><p>此外,妇女月经期间可停止练功数日。或在练功时,将腹式呼吸改为自然呼吸,将意守下丹田脐下改为意守中丹田膻中,这样可减少因练功而引起的经期延长和经量增多。男性练功者应正确对待练功中的“精满自遗”现象。如遗精次数过频,每周超过2次以上,可适当采取药物治疗和采用“提撮抵闭”的治疗方法,或用兜擦功,使遗精次数减少。练功期间,还应避免性生活过多,防止消耗精力,损伤元气。另须注意饮食清淡,避免刺激性食物,以及保证充足睡眠。</p><p>修德练性</p><p>各家气功都有注重功德、注重武德、医德的规定和理论,尽管各有所长,各有侧重,但大致观点是一致的。从这点来看,可知注重修德练性也是各家气功修炼的重要内容。</p><p>现代修炼之人多数注重功法的一招一式,对“以德培道”之重要性认识不清,故不能持之以恒去修炼,因而达不到预期目的,因此说修德练性,第一要做的就是:要悟清修德练性的重要性,第二要注重自身的一言一行的修炼,第三要在现实生活的矛盾中修炼自己,而不是躲到深山老林中躲避现实,回避矛盾地修炼。因为现在是气功大普及的时代,回避现实的修炼是无法修炼好的。一旦遇到考验,原来所持的水平可能应付不了,也可能做不到道德的标准。因此应当有敢于入污泥和出污泥而不染的莲花精神;别人贪,我不贪,并且反对别人贪;别人做坏事,我不做,并且反对别人做坏事,既使吃亏也甘心。这样才能真的心净和心静。不随波逐流,不人云亦云,才能按照真道德修炼,才能练成真功夫。 \n要想修德练性,应认识和注重以下几点:</p><p>1.不贪名,不贪利,不贪身外之物</p><p>贪为练功之大忌。名利地位直接影响着人的物质生活,人们难与钱财完全断绝关系。练功人除却正常的物质生活,不可多贪。有得必有失,贪了不该得的东西,必有原来不该失的东西失去。人的时间精力是有限的,为贪名利花耗了时间和精力,必然在学业上少花时间,也必然耗费精气神。练功人要去掉贪心,能知足常乐,有取有舍,对身外之物(名利、地位、财产等)看得很轻,不在乎,这样才能练好功。</p><p>2.练一身正气,没有邪念</p><p>练气功道德要学会做人。人正,气才正。人有一身正气,没有邪念,才能练好功。懒、馋、色、名、利、嫉妒等均为邪念。</p><p>3.言必信,行必果,讲真话才能做真人</p><p>练功人要做到言行一致,言必信,行必果,对小孩子讲话也应如此才行。一滴水可以见太阳。从一件小事就可以看出人讲不讲信用,讲不讲真话。练功人要练到古人之质朴,哪能有虚伪、讲假话、言而无信之举?说真话、办真事、守信用,才有可能练成真人。</p><p>4.讲医德,发扬人道主义</p><p>练气功能为人解除痛苦,有功能者应发扬人道主义治病救人,不可以功能谋取暴利,乘人之危。应多行善事,助人为乐,不断建功立德,把从气功收来的钱用在发展气功事业上,多建功德才是修炼长功的正道。</p><p>5.不恃强凌弱,不以功欺负别人</p><p>气功界中常有门户之见,好斗、好争是无德的表现。有人恃强凌弱,无非为了证明我比你高明,我这个功比你那个功高明。在气功会上打来打去,在别人做实验时他去干扰。殊不知真人不露相,露相非真人。他欺负比他弱的,可有高手来打抱不平,这种人就受惩罚了。因此有德之人不以强凌弱,谦虚、谨慎,虚心向别人学习,以礼貌待人。尊重别人,别人才尊重你。广结善缘,多帮助别人,才能有宁静,才能练好气功。</p><p>6.胸怀宽广,性情似水</p><p>胸怀博大、心胸开阔的人能原谅别人,能容忍别人。这种人站得高,看得远,不计较小事。即使反对过自己的人也能注意团结他们一道工作。性情柔似水,待人和气,遇事不急、不怒。能谦让、能委曲求全,甚至能以德报怨,这样才能练出涵养性,练出高尚道德来。</p><p>7.尊敬师长,虚怀若谷</p><p>尊师是美德。一日为师,终身为父。把老师当父母才对。有的人求师时甜言蜜语,过后认为自己高明了,可以骂老师,可以剽窃老师的功法出书、赚钱。这种人连起码的人格都没有,更谈不上当练功人。有的人认为自己老子天下第一,谁也比不上他。骄傲自满,狂妄自大,不知天外有天。真人不露相,总有高人在后头。练功须知这个道理,坚持谦虚待人,虚怀若谷才能学到东西,才能不断提高。</p><p>8.遇事能解,不生真气。</p><p>修德练性好的人没有私利,遇到什么生气的事、难事都能看到事的发展的另一面,都能泰然处之。因为他们德高、有知识,懂得辩证法,故遇事能按宇宙规律去分析,懂得真道理,遇事就都能解得开,不生真气。能不能解难事,有没有函养性,也是检验一个人修德练性程度的标准。故在修炼过程中总会有许多事来磨炼,要耐心耐烦地受磨炼,认真地修炼自己才有希望练好。</p><p>9.乐善好施,像水一样养万物而不求报</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>道德高尚的人对别人总想给予,无道德的人总想多贪别人的;“我的是我的,别人的也是我的。”德高之人乐善好施,以助人为快。像水一样养万物而不求报。水中养了很多很多的微生物、植物、动物,可谓养了万物。但水不求报答,它无所求。道德高尚的人就像水一样尽量帮助别人,但不求报答。因为他做好事没有想到别人的回报,也没有想到为自己建功德,这时德才真正高了。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":1100,"link":"1","createdAt":"2018-07-04 09:01:49","updatedAt":"2024-04-15 22:46:29","field":{},"tags":[]}
